What I’m about to say will disgust you beyond belief! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I went to the Kroger‘s gas station in the lot of this Kroger’s store around the 2nd week in May, I believe it was a Wednesday or Thursday. I went up to the window, asked for gas on pump four. The clerk (Glenn) asked if I wanted to use my Kroger’s card and I said I would use my alternate ID. I punched it in and then I asked for my receipt. He then proceeded to look at the long strip of receipts he had hanging off the counter and he tore one off and placed the receipt in the little slide out drawer. I took the receipt and said thank you. As I’m walking towards my car, I feel some type of slimy gooey stringy substance on my hand on in which I’m holding the receipt. I look at my hand and there’s this slimy stringy substance stretched out across my fingers!!!! I looked at the receipt and there’s white glob of foamy substance along with the slimy sticky residue on the receipt (I know what you’re thinking because that’s what I’m thinking was on my hands too !!!!) This man put his bodily fluid on my receipt before he handed it to me. So I get to my car I put the receipt on the floor and immediately start drenching my hands with sanitizer, nearly gagging and throwing up. While I’m doing this he proceeds to come out of the little boxed area he was in and stood there across from pump four, where I was and he stood there looking in my direction, and I said to him what was that you put on my receipt? That’s disgusting!!! He completely ignored me and just stood there looking off in the distance. So then I proceeded to pump my gas, after drenching my hands in sanitizer until the bottle was empty. He then walks over to where the air pump is located and he stands there looking at me pump my gas, and starts to smoke a cigarette. Then another customer approached the booth and he went back in . So, I finished pumping my gas and decided I needed to let the manager in the store know what just happened. I went inside asked the first cashier I saw if I could speak to a manager. He asked what was it concerning and I told him of the incident I just experienced out at the gas station and I had the receipt and showed it to him with the bodily fluid substance still on the receipt. The cashier reached out to take the receipt and I said “No you don’t want to touch this, there is some type of bodily fluid all over this receipt.” He asked if I wanted to throw it away , I said I would like to show it to the manager, so he gave me a bag to put it inside and offered me some hand sanitizer. I told him thank you and that I had already drenched my hands in sanitizer. When it first happened outside. He then began to apologize and said he would get a manager for me.
So I stood waiting next to the customer service counter then the manager came to assist me. I explained to her what happened. She looked at the receipt in the bag and said “oh yeah, I do see something on it. She said do you know who it was?” I described the gas station attendant to her. I said he’s older Caucasian man with long gray hair pulled back in a ponytail, wearing glasses. She said she would speak with him and review the cameras to see what happened. She then asked if I wanted a new receipt, I said yes, please and she went to get me another receipt. But, there was a complication with trying to print the new receipt so she took down my email to be able to send me another receipt and I saw on her iPad that she had written the clerks’s name “Glenn” to this day. I’ve heard nothing from the manager, never received a copy of my receipt ,and every time I think about the substance that was on my hand I lose my appetite. It’s like I have PTSD now. I don’t even like driving past the Kroger‘s anymore and I can’t bring myself will to go in that store anymore and I’m definitely not ever going to that gas station !!!! Now, anytime I see an older Caucasian man with gray hair, pulled back in a ponytail. I instantly get this feeling, and I don’t know what to do!!!!

I got to this Kroger all the time and never really had an issue with anyone there but this morning was beyond disgusting , their employee named Jay was walking pass me with a push broom and didn’t care to say excuse me and when I said excuse can I ask you a question and acted like he didn’t hear me at first and then turned around and rolled his eyes and said yeah what is it! I said never mind bro you can go on it seems like you don’t want to help me or you don’t like my skin color and he said yeah so what if I am! And I said what excuse me? And he starts moving his hand in a talking motion and proceeded to walk on. But it’s not surprising the manger on the morning shift Stefine is not a nice person as well.

The pump I used didn't automatically shut off and and was over flowing. There was a big stain on the ground where it looked like it happened before me. Other than that I always get my gas at this kroger and no problems.

I am reviewing the Sugar Hill Pharmacy and Suwanee. I recently started using Sugar Hill and it has been great. This weekend I went to Urgent Care because of a horrible cough and lots of phlegm allowing me only 3-4 hours of sleep for two nights. Thinking it more than a cold l went Sunday @ 4:30. I have a virus and they called in a prescription for cough syrup to help me and gave me directions for other stuff I had at home. Kroger's pharmacy closed at 6p and I got out of there at 6:20. Got a text at 8:35 this morning - they were out of stock but expected it in by 6:30 p. Called at 5:18 and asked how it looked. Haven't heard anything and suggested I check with Suwanee to see if they have. Suwanee - Yes we have but it will be an hour before it gets filled. Well at 6:50 with no text from Suwanee I called Sugar Hill - they are really busy, only 2 people, box is in but they won't even have time to open it - well thanks much. So now it is 7P and they close at 8p. Called Suwanee and left on hold for ever. 7:11 call back and asked to hold - I said I really need that med as cough is bad. Well we are down to 2 people (gee did I just here that at their other pharmacy??) Hold a sec.....and never came back. My guy said he would drive over and get it - if he is standing there, I don't know how they can deny him. It's in a bottle - put the stupid label on it and let me get some sleep. I may be shopping for a new pharmacy - this is crazy and I am very disappointed - what if this had been a refill on something really important - 2 people at each place - give me a break!
