Great school, great staff. I randomly decided to read through some of the lower reviews and I have to say it seems that some of them were during a time the school was getting its footing years back. Our four and almost two year old daughters have received excellent care. The teachers still remember our oldest in the hallways years later and stop to talk to her. I've seen them rock our little one in their lap during times she couldn't sleep. I've been notified of every bump on the knee or signs of a cold or fever right away. The fact that a couple teachers can get twelve 18 month olds down to sleep within 10 minutes every day blows my mind. They have control over their classrooms and treat the kids with kindness and love. There's a reason the majority of reviews are high. They should be. If you're lucky to have a spot open, please consider Kids R' Kids of Hamilton Mill and please be patient with the staff as they have quite a list of parents wanting to enroll their kiddos. My daughter has been here for about a month and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I feel so confident she is in good hands and I never have to worry. The teachers love the kids and the admins are professional and reasonable.

Excellent daycare we loved it here. We switched to a center closer to home due to hubby and mines work schedules but had our schedules not changed we would have stayed. Loved Brooke she is a gem there.

I called to ask a question for my 21 month old.. The lady that answered said This is **** at Hamilton Mill. So I asked what is your name because she didn't say her name clearly. She replied with " excuse me who is this" with attitude I just wanted to say her name and then ask the question. Well I asked the question if they had two days option She said just like this" first of all we don't do part time and we also have no availability until next year. So I got the message that my child is not welcome. So so rude!! I'm a really nice person and she was mean for no reason.

A female worked there named Brook told me to go there Wednesday 10 am for my daughter paperwork,pay the deposit so she will join August program.But on Tuesday noon she left us a voice message said hey you guys didn’t show up and if everything was ok and just call her back at her number,when my wife called her around 3 pm Brook told my wife that for school tour appointment are booked for 8weeks and August program waiting list are already 5pages long ,and then Brook hang up on my wife while my wife was still talking.There are tons of daycares around and I’m sure there are good and bad .They can treat parents like this and how do you think they can do to your kids.

Administrative communication is terrible, I contacted them through webset, called in 3 times. Left my contact information, for a whole week no response. The girl who picked up my call doesn’t know anything, all she said every time is oh the director is on the bus run, oh the director is off today. I honestly don’t even know what she does there. Imagine something happened to your child in the future and it will take you a week to reach someone there actually knows something.

After having my son home since he was 11 months old in March of 2020, it was time to get him back in a school-type setting. I work from home so it was nice having him there, but at 3 years old I felt he needed more structure. I contacted Kids r Kids Hamilton Mill after I found out his old daycare was full. They had an opening and he started last September.I absolutely love how clean this facility is. It doesn’t smell like urine or cleanser on top of urine as some daycares do. Also the food! I cannot praise their menu enough. While many daycares service things like sugary cereal, fries, pizza and other junk…KRK hamilton mill serves nutritional meals, fresh fruits, etc. I walk in almost every morning to great smelling food being made that *I* would eat.Their playground is also wonderful. Instead of wood chips like many use, theirs has artificial grass which is so much cleaner.Also, I have to praise the administration from the director Kelsi, to Brooke, etc. When we had an issue arise between us and another parent, they were amazing. I felt heard and ultimately the school did the right thing in every aspect.I cannot recommend this center enough. We are so glad to have our son there and will keep him there through their Pre k program.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and learn all of the kids names. The teachers are amazing and really love on the kids. My son has been going here since he was 2 (now 5) and has learned so much from this school. We left for a little bit to try a GA Funded pre-k and it was so bad that we came back and enrolled him in the private pre-k program. He learned more in the 1 month in Mr. Justin's class than he did with his previous pre-k (where he was there for 5 months). Ms. Claudia is another teacher there and my son's teacher from 2-4yrs old and she seriously made his daycare experience so enjoyable. Highly recommend - all the stars!

i worked here a couple months back, and let me just tell you that dont even waste your time applying here. they treat the staff and teachers so wrong. i got the worse treatment ever, if they dont like you they will make it very clear to you especially the front desk ladies who act like high school girls. They say they dont like drama but they are the first ones to start drama as well as the lady who gives you the orientation. They will punish you for things that the teachers who have been there for years dont do as well but the old teachers wont say anything of stick up for you. watch out as well because the directors daughter is enrolled in there and with any little thing that happens to her the whole front desk ladies go in there and threaten you as the teacher and the child who hurt the little girl. they give her special treatment and treat the other kids as if they dont exist. The front desk people are so rude, mean, and are the first people to start drama. Just dont waste your time here unless you want to be treated wrong, and unfairly. The punish the new people but the old teachers are doing the same thing but wont say nothing to them. good luck with this center.

This place handles its staff in a very unprofessional way. They do not communicate necessary information to staff and and they will terminate employees for unjust reasons and not inform you professionally they will send you an email and not respond to questions. They will withdraw your child from enrollment if you are a staff member and resign. At that point your child will have been accustomed to the school and found comfort with its programs. They will know this and still remove your child without warning. They do not care about the development of your child here and are more concerned with the money. Save your time and energy dont work or send your child here!!!!

Both of my little ones now attend Kids R Kids, with my oldest having been here for over a year. We have nothing but great things to say. The staff is extremely friendly, the teachers are great and both of our boys are well taken care of. The only room for improvement I could mention, would be how often I get updates for my 3 year old on BrightWheel. But granted if I was watching several 3 year olds myself, it would be extremely difficult to manage putting in every update throughout the day for every single child. We had previously had our 11 month old at another daycare (there was a waitlist for the nursery here) and it's literally like night + day the care he received. He would go through several outfits, would constantly have diaper rashes and it's the complete opposite here at Kids R Kids. He almost always comes back home in the same outfit he was put in for the day, because they're actually being attentive to him and making sure he has on a bib, etc. If you are looking for a daycare the area, this is the place. If there's a waitlist, go ahead + secure your spot + WAIT. It will 100% be worth it. We absolutely love it here!

I called the location and asked if the go to Patrick elementary and she said yes. I was confirming it was the right location I told them that their bus is blocking the traffic because it splits in two lanes but the bus driver is driving in the middle. She said that they are new coming there and said she will tell the driver when she gets in. But her tone of voice was off and then I told her I was just informing them and then she told me my tone of voice is being aggressive. I informed her I am on speaker phone and was just informing them. I had no problem with the call until she said I was having an aggressive tone with her. That is not good customer service at all. Myself and my spouse did tour their facility a few years back and heard some unprofessional conversations going on with bad tones. This just confirms we made the right choice to go somewhere else. As you can see from the picture it is obviously two lanes but did not conform chose to block traffic.

We had a wonderful experience here and we often miss the staff. They are very caring and we always felt our sons needs and learning was important. He made lots of friends and thrived at Kids R Kids Hamilton Mill on ridge road in Buford.
