We went here a week ago and the customer service we got was amazing! David was AMAZING! !! We went to another GMC dealership and wasn’t even greeted period so I was alittle worried but I knew what car I had in mind and David made it happen! Thank you so much for all yaws excellent customer service and for being so helpful with everything!

I can say I will never buy from Jim Ellis again. I took my 2013 Buick Enclave in after I got a check engine light. I had already taken it to another transmission place who had given me a quote of 650 to fix it, but they were moving locations and couldn't get to it for a few weeks. Concerned for my car, I decided to go to Jim Ellis. Even with an appointment, I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours waiting for their diagnosis, which I already had, but understood they needed to perform their own diagnostic. After 4 hours, they gave me a quote of 1800 dollars and charged me a diagnostic fee of 225. This same diagnostic was performed by the other mechanic in about 2 minutes for free. After I expressed extreme frustration about wasting half my work day, they agreed to lower the fee to 180. I did feel bad for the nice man that helped me, he's only the messenger, but I was disgusted to be ripped off in such a way. Since my car was running, I chose to wait until the next available appointment at the other very reputable transmission mechanic who fixed it for the promised price of 650 dollars. It's running great now. I will never buy a car from Jim Ellis again and I suggest others shop around before getting ripped off by Jim Ellis GMC at Mall of Georgia.

Had a recall visit. Was early but they took me right in!! Estimated time was an hr but I don't think it took that long. Customer service and hospitality was Excellent!!!

Had a great experience today in the service department.I had made an appointment with Christy for today,My advisors name was James Stecker he was ready for me as soon as I walked in the building.The customer service I received today was superb and well over my expectations.I will be bring my 2500 here rather than were I purchased it down the street.Thanks guys

Ed literally was going to charge me $611.00 for a key reprogramming. He certainly tries to get over. He even diagnosed my vehicle without my agreement then wanted to charge me $250 for diagnosis. This after I informed him reprogramming key was all that was needed. Then wanted to lie about key being stuck in ignition as unfixable. Battery was just dead. Really bad service, and the fact the economy is a challenge Really bad moral to try in get over like he did. I still have the receipts in screen shot. He went back in delete service diagnosis & information he sent offline.

I had a truly awesome experience from reception to leaving to which I have become accustomed to with this Jim Ellis dealership/service department. I drive from the Augusta area for the best in the business. Kevin was exceptional as well and he knew that he did his job well, never asking me to fill out a response for him. Great work is always noticed!
