We have bought 2 Mustangs from Jacky Jones in Cleveland. They have always been fair, kind, and worked with us better than any other dealership we have used in the past. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle they really treat you like a person not a number.

I highly recommend this dealership. I’m from out of state ,I looked all over to get help with issues my vehicle was having. I called this dealership and Nekita in the service department was very professional and willing to do whatever she could to help try to fix my issues. Being out of state and having someone nice enough to help out was amazing. I called others and explained my situation and all they could say was we are busy. Also at Jacky Jones they were very busy but Nekita did not hesitate to help out I’m very very happy with this dealership if I lived closer they would have my business first impression best impression.
