My experience has been great. If anyone needs their taxes done, ask for Ms. Elizabeth. She will get the job done. Whatever you need help with or whatever questions you have, Elizabeth will take care of it. She's nice. Very patient and she will answer any question that you have concerns with or don't understand. Ms. Elizabeth helped me to understand how filing my taxes work. She gave me great ideas and tips on how to better prepare my taxes for next year. Ms. Elizabeth is the best. I will always recommend her if anyone needs their taxes completed. I walked into H&R Block ready to set up a payment plan with the IRS. Then an hour and a half later walked out the door not owing anything. I rate Ms. Elizabeth a five stars.

Was not even asked about any deductions like school expense, loan payments, etc during tax meeting. Suspect did not receive return as I should have. Was assured taxes were filed and payment will go through without a hitch. Payment was not processed properly and now I owe a late fee to the IRS. Customer service non existent and can never get anyone on the phone. Will never be using H&R Block for taxes again.
