I came into this establishment on Wednesday evening and I must say I will never come back again!!! First off, the owner of this establishment needs to be aware that the heavyweight white guy that works in repairs is stealing right from the store. I was looking at different cars for my son when he approached me and stated. I can get you any car in here for a cheaper price if you have cash and will be okay with paying me directly. I am an entrepreneur myself so I was completely caught off guard when he approached me in this manner. He stated that he was the store manager and would be able to special order anything that I needed that wasn’t on the shelves. He had a Hispanic looking kid in the store with him but he was more into his phone than actually doing his job. This was a very off putting situation and experience and I will definitely not return nor recommend Hobby Town to anyone.

I would love to give 5 stars but some of you employees are not professional and will just tell you anything to get you out of their face. I would love to discuss this further with you but when you ask for their boss or the owner they go blank.

What an absolute joke of a store location. Unorganized, no one seems to know where certain items are kept. Drove OVER AN HOUR to find multiple items typically found in store at any other hobbytown ive been to. They didnt have one thing i was lookong for and the young guy at counter just kept telling me to go on amazon. I guess i wont be supporting local and just follow their advice and get what i need off anazon from now on. I walked in with 500$ cash to spend on anything i saw that was cool, but the extreme let down of customer service put a taste in my mouth that made me not want to spend a dime there.

Never open when it says they are. I have drove all the way here to buy an rc twice now from Dahlonega because the website says its open. This is why everyone purchases off the internet and places like this are going out of business.
