The workmanship on the car was good, but I'm leaving the 1 star review because they forgot to connect the battery correctly and the car was randomly losing power. We had it taken to the dealership to figure out the problem and paid over $200 for a diagnostic fee to figure out the problem. I left 3 messages over several months and no one will call me back to simply help cover that fee. Once they get your money, they don't appear to care.

From the beginning to end, I received a most excellent service. Everyone I had contact with, were professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Matt Askins was wonderful through the whole process. No one could have done more for me. Everything was communicated, and finished on time. No hidden charges of any kind. Everything was upfront. My car is beautiful again and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. Also, huge thank you goes to Clint Morton, center manager, for everything that he did. Definitely 5 stars all around! Thank you, Hendrick Collision Center!

My insurance recommended I take my Audi here and I was immediately impressed with how quickly they got me in and had the repairs done exceptionally. Brian was awesome as was his communication.

We had ordered my vehicle from North Carolina and during the transport my vehicle was damaged front and rear. Clint at Rick Hendrick Collision was by far the best person to deal with throughout this whole ordeal. He stayed in contact from the time it happened all the way until the end. I am thoroughly impressed with not only the quality of the work that was done on my Mazda CX 50 but also the efficiency and kindness of the staff. Elvin was my point of contact throughout the process of having my car inspected, fixed, and then returned. He was in constant communication with updates, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I may have. I would highly recommend Hendrix Collision to anyone needing repair work done to their vehicles. Quality work and great customer service made the process of dealing with a wrecked vehicle. Much easier than I could’ve anticipated.

These guys have to get their $hi+ together. The body work was fine and I understand parts taking time. The office staff failed. My original contact was fired or quit. I didn't hear anything for weeks. From October to January I was told multiple times next week. Finally after Russell received my file there was communication and after hearing my vehicle was on the rack or next Friday we finally just came to terms with him providing me information so I could get progressive to extend my rental. The work was finally completed and I'm happy with the results. I feel bad for the office personnel. Ho

Brian and his team took care of my Jeep from start to finish, making sure to keep in touch through the surprisingly quick process despite the back-ordered parts.
