Completely unacceptable service. 7-8 Hours of work and they could barely get one storage unit empty. We booked them thinking that in the allotted time they would move out both storage and some from the house we're living in. They failed to move any of the boxes in the house, only the storage unit was cleared. Sad. We got charged upwards of 1 Thousand dollars for what.. Never booking with these people again.

I was able to book the movers the same day but I encountered a number of issues. First, they charged me for the time it took the movers to get from one place to another. They swore it only took them 20 minutes plus 10 to get gas. I wrote down the time they left one apartment to the time they got to the second and it was a hour and ten minutes later. During the move, it was as if they were taking there time to get paid even more and I started moving my things myself because of it. Lastly, they ended up breaking the leg on my couch and spent 15 minutes trying to fix it. I ended up being able to fix it myself right in front of them. Once they were finally leaving, the man they call to make payments made me pay for the extra hour they took traveling from one location to the other and the 15 minutes it took them trying to fix my couch - which they didn't. I also asked them for an itemized statement and they never sent me one. I have called twice to ask for one and they will not answer the phone, I have also done the email chat on their website and they will not respond to that either. Overall the experience was awful and I will definitely never use their service again. I highly recommend that no one else does either.

I would stray far away from this company. They are in no way punctual or professional. I set up a move with them on Monday 5/16/2022 for Wednesday 5/18/2022. The initial consultation and quote seemed like things would be great. However, was I in for a rude awakening. Apparently, the woman over the phone who scheduled my move was new. Now, she able to take my down payment for the move just fine, but when it came down to taking my information as far as phone number and email she did not. I noticed in my bank account that the deposit had been taken. I never received a confirmation email with my quote. The day of the move comes and the movers are no where to be found. I called the company all morning and didn’t get a response until the evening. By that time , I was frustrated and ended up having to pay an extra day to stay in my apartment. The next day they sent a mover out bright and early. I was moving out of a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. All of my things were packed neatly In either bins or boxes. The mover shows up and by mover I mean just 1 mover shows up to move my things. I thought that was a bit odd. I knew for sure things would take longer with one person versus the two that I was told I would be receiving. The mover said he called another guy to show up, but after an hour into the move I realized that was not happening. I made them aware that I should not be penalized for extra time on the move when they did not come equipped. Now, I will give credit where it is due. The mover himself was great. I was a bit nervous having just one guy move my couch and other large items, but he did an awesome job. Needless to say my move ended up taking 3 hours and a half because they only sent one guy, when I was promised 2. My move was quoted to take 2 hours and a half. I feel very undervalued and taken advantage of as a client. I do not recommend Green Truck Movers to anybody. They are a bunch of con artist concerned about money, and do not have their logistics together. Runnnnnn away as fast as you can.

So this was my third time using this company, and I asked for 9am start time, and they didn't show up until 118ish, they started out good loading the truck, I asked for shrink wrap, and the guy said they didn't have that, how do.you come to a move with no shrink wrap? So they kept moving, my mom and I offered drinks for them, in which they gladly accepted water, etc. Then when we got to the other destination, they started to slow down, the guy also brought a 15year old kid with him who was inexperienced, but was nice, when I came up to check my aptEverything was throwed inside like a tornado, they didn't finish until 540ish, one bedroom apt, has not changed all the times I used them, couldn't believe all the money I was out, and the disaster that was left. And the super long time it took.Totally appalled. Will not use them.again.

Absolutely Fantastic!! Thank you Jr. You guys went over and beyond to help me see that I got everything moved fast and very efficiently. I had many large bulky furniture items. But, each item was handled with pristine care. Jr. even helped me make sure I got the right size storage unit and not one too small.Services: Moving-related storage

We contacted Green Truck Movers same day and they saved the day after our originally scheduled movers did not show up. While they did arrive a little later than we were told at booking, corporate was extremely responsive and kept us updated. The movers were friendly, professional, organized and SO efficient. They carefully packed a storage unit and fit everything perfectly. Nothing was damaged and they were so pleasant to be around.

This is a horrible company to work with. Initially my move was booked with three movers and one truck for May 1, 2021. and I was passed off to this company. I have waited to write a review because I did not want to write out of anger but I still felt compelled to say something because I do not want anyone else to fall into the same situation. The movers arrived at 12:30 when my move originally was at 9 o'clock. It took them nine hours to move a four bedroom three bathroom home that was already packed. The driver and one of the workers Got into an altercation cursing and the driver-threatening to pull a gun one of the workers. The worker quits in the middle of the job and leaves. So now I am down to two movers. Then the driver becomes very disrespectful with me along with my daughter who is a teenager. So I tried to call the company I originally booked with they told me I needed to contact the owner of this company. I reached out to the owner of this company and he was trying to support his workers Even after I told him what was transpiring. He did speak with the driver briefly but it did not calm the situation. The new place in which I moved the movers damage the walls the railings my furniture, all around it was just horrible. Eventually after getting everything put in the two locations that they were supposed to go, the owner wanted me to pay for the full cost of the move. After going back-and-forth and explaining to him that I was not going to based on everything that occurred we settled on a price and that was the end of our business. I would not under any uncertain terms recommend this company to anyone. From the owner To the workers my experience with them was totally horrific.

First I'd like to say that I called several moving companies before I actually got recommended to this one. I called Atlanta peach movers and they never returned my calls with a quote and I called another moving company that was very expensive. When I called Green truck moving and storage the lady who answered the phone was very helpful and she set up the appointment and sent me the quote right away. The price was very good and the service was amazing. Prior to the movers coming on moving day they called me to make sure I was available and also kept me updated on the time that they would arrive. Even when they got caught in a little bit of traffic they gave me a call to let me know they were running behind. Upon arriving I was introduced to Junior and Neil. I can tell that Neil was very new but Junior was so patient with him showing him exactly what to do and they were very professional. They got everything moved in put together including my beds, my couch and made sure everything was in place properly. I really don't plan on moving anytime soon but I definitely will recommend this company to anyone who is moving! Even when I paid my bill with the representative over the phone they immediately sent my receipt and also gave me a refund for an overcharge. Thank you! Great company great prices and amazing people!
