I just called 7/7/24 @ 11:05am to confirm if they do black hair or if they had a black stylist and to my astonishment in 2024 she rudely answered no! And said they don’t do black hair and no they don’t have a black stylist. I’ve Never heard of a Great clips that isn’t fully versed in all hair types. What a huge dis-service to any community.

My son and I have gone there several times and I would rate it around a 2.5. We went there yesterday and received the worst haircuts I have ever seen. We had to go to a different place today to get our hair fixed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. We went to Unique Cuts by the mall of Georgia and they are awesome, we will be going there from now on.

Rayna cut my hair today and she did an amazing job! She communicated very well and was super friendly, therefore this is my new go-to spot for a nice, quick and quality haircut.

Had a worst experience. The girl has a no experience( just 5 months) in haircuts and what am I said she is not understanding. If I have an option to give lower than this, I would give in negative. I recommend not go there. And great clips management should hire her, this erosion of your business.

Please avoid this place like the plague. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted done to my hair and beard. She cut everything with clippers and it’s severely uneven all over. She took the cape off (I thought she was going to do the back of my neck) she told me she was done and I could pay at the front. How could she not see how bad this haircut was. If they think that was satisfactory what would a bad hair cut look like? She offered to fix it when I questioned if she was done, but I didn’t want to take the risk of it being any worse than it already was & unfixable. Currently on my way to a real barber shop.
