I’m never coming here again. They aren’t even hiring people who are properly trained. I showed someone a picture of a simple short haircut, and she cut it way too short. It didn’t look anything like the photo, and the back of my hair literally looked like a child took scissors and just started cutting. There were random strands of hair that didn’t match the length of the rest. Now I have to hate how I look for months because someone couldn’t do their job. DO NOT COME HERE. They hand literally anyone scissors. Thankfully, the hairdresser knew she had messed up and said I didn’t have to pay. I’m at least grateful for that.
I’m usually not one to ever leave reviews, and I’m sure she felt bad, but they seriously shouldn’t be hiring people who don’t know what they’re doing.

This was my first time visiting this location, and it will now be my preferred Great Clips!! Dottie was AWESOME! She asked qualifying questions about the inspo picture and gave me a cut that suits my face shape. I enjoyed my experience and the teamwork between both stylist. They gave great cuts and managed their full lobby with smiles and grace.
Requested style: Bob with face framing layers.
Hair type: I have curly hair which is difficult for many stylists to understand. Dottie understands shrinkage and appropriate cuts and style for curls.

Avoid this place. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I didn’t think getting a U cut required a lot of skills but I guess it does. After seeing that I wasn’t satisfied, stylist laughed at my face. I guess they just hire anybody there. You’re better off cutting your own hair than coming here wasting time and money.

My experience at Great Clips for a women's haircut was beyond disappointing. I explicitly showed the stylist the exact haircut I wanted, to which she initially agreed. However, as the session progressed, it became clear she had no clue how to execute it. At the end, all she claimed to have done was a simple trim, completely disregarding my preferences. Not only was her lack of skill evident, but her disrespect and refusal to address my concerns made the experience utterly intolerable. It's appalling that a salon claiming to offer professional services could deliver such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. My visit to Great Clips was a complete waste of time and money, leaving me with a sense of frustration and regret.
