I usually love the location I go to. And I am not a complainer but today I was more than a bit upset with one stylist at one location.. she was rude to me and asked me if I wanted my hair shampooed- no big deal in general but then she looked me over and sneered at me and made a comment about dirty hair.. I do understand why- bc they have rules etc.. (but)- I sat in her chair and she looked at me like I was dirt and sneered at me and began to comb the back/ bottom of my hair and rudely said “ what’s that in your hair”?- I said it’s gray hair she said it’s more than just gray hair! I then got up and told I didn’t want my hair cut- she seemed surprised.. I told her she was rude- she seemed to not care.. I left and went to another Great clips and I asked them if it was dirty etc … they were kind and said it wasn’t bad.. they treated me with respect and looked up my normal haircut and then gave me a wonderful cut. I asked her if it was oily etc.. it was not.. I do use some product I understand why the lady said what she did to me but I left feeling so dirty, and I understand laws etc that they don’t have to cut dirty hair but I’m not a dirty person and I deserved dignity and respect- I did not receive this at the first location but the second one on Friendship rd.. they were very nice to me so I give this location a 5 star review.. kindness goes a long way. I didn’t appreciate the older woman’s very rude behavior towards me today and I hope she doesn’t treat all her other customers the same way. She was new bc the other ladies at holland point are absolutely wonderful and I’ve been going there for a while but the lady with the long black hair who is older and new- needs to learn how to talk to someone in a respectful manner.- very unprofessional and a very humiliating experience.
