The ladies who work at the check out are always so friendly and helpful. They deserve a raise. Everyone who works for Goodwill does, matter fact. Every trip to this goodwill is awesome.

Store has chipped and broken items for sale on shelves. Items that can be bought new at Dollar Store for $1.25 are marked at $2-3+ - out of touch with pricing. I have not seen broken or chipped items at any other location.

Lindy creates an uncomfortable shopping experience every time now. Every visit she is scolding me or some other customer in a derogatory tone.
Today she scolded me for hanging clothes on the end of the clothes rack after viewing them in the mirror. I wasn’t aware of the right place to hang them yet.
Lindy was clearly annoyed as she rudely told me to pick up the clothes and bring them to the front counter for her to put away. I’m a customer, not a little child.
If I see her in the store, I’m leaving right away. She always finds a reason to be rude :(

Well, I like this goodwill, the manager has bad attitude though. Often rude to everyone.

The elderly man who collects the donations at drop off couldn’t be more rude and absolutely hates his job! I can donate anywhere else and now I will. I was hoping it was a one off but now it’s the second time that I've been and he behaves rude and sarcastic! Get your people in check!

I was there with my family and we bought a lot of clothes (about $98). We were at check-out with the woman named Lindy. She wasn’t really nice while scanning our clothes, not event 1 smile. She kept telling us to put back the clothes we don’t want back to the red cart. I wanted to put back the pant back to the original aisle but she keeps telling me to come back to put it in the cart. Our experience there was bad (including it doesn’t have a fitting room, and we can only get store credit if we want to return anything)

Most unorganized place ever. Men's clothes are no where near the men's section. The kids boys and girls clothes are all mixed together. Pants are hanging weird and hard to look at them. Everything is labeled small med large instead of actual pant sizes. Pretty sure I spent 40 bucks on girls clothes for my son but I'll never know cause it was so unorgamized.

Good experience at this store. Aiyana was gracious help at check out and got my sister and I an extra discount for being seniors. Picked up some good textiles here and my sister got canning jars. Store was clean and well organized.

The people that work here are extremely hard workers and they are always nice and helpful to me. There is an older gentleman who puts merchandise out on the floor who went out of his way to help me find the perfect coffee table for my daughter and he really goes out of his way to help the other customers as well. Ik bc I’m in Goodwill practically every day. I see him showing kindness to people every time I’m there. This goes true for the sweet lady with the reddish hair- amazing job she does and she too- always displays a nice smile and a warm hello to me. The sweet young woman who is a cashier there- super helpful and kind and personable- I tell her all the time that she’s my favorite!- These employees are a bonus and I also enjoy shopping here bc I love a good treasure! I just want to tell each of them “Thank you”- you guys make me feel so blessed each time I go into your store. I hope that you higher ups will acknowledge them for their good work ethic and kindness to their customers bc they are wonderful and I must say- this Goodwill is way better than the one by the Mall of Georgia!- just saying!

You can definitely tell it's an older building. Prices have definitely gone up on clothes. Always check your disc's if buying cds or games.

We dropped off several bags of clothes and shoes yesterday. The guy accepting our donation was extremely rude and uncooperative. Will not donate to the Buford location again.
