Brought a computer board in for repair. After they examined the board, I was told that they would be able to repair it, and would be able to put it in as a rush. They were aware that my system was down, and I had an alternative if they said it couldn't be repaired. I was told it would cost $1300 to repair. I knew I could purchase a new one for 3100. The customer service representative asked why would you pay the extra amount if we could fix it. Now I know why. They don't refund your money and they don't guarantee their work. They give you credit for future repairs. Make sure you know what your getting into. Why would I want to bring them another repair. If someone says they can repair something and they don't, they are not fulfilling their obligation. I've been in business for 45 years. If I say I'm going to do something I do it, or I don't charge them. Just be up front with your customers.

these guys are liers! they said they could repair a heidenhain encoder, they charged 900usd, and the encoder stayed the same. they did not even check it. scam!

Global Electronic Services repaired our Allen-Bradley 250HP VFD in 24 hours and then shipped it out, expedited freight. Elizabeth Brown was a huge help! I am an Electrical Supervisor at CertinTeed LLC. I will definitely use Global Electronic Services for future repairs!

Had one board repaired here a few years ago. Communication on repair was very poor, could not say what the issue was and it took months to get the billing correct. They also have been cold calling me and emailing me ever since (Yes 2+ YEARS) every 2 weeks or so, I requested this stop multiple times and GES does not reply or care. I've had to block both their email and phone calls (CANDICE) and they still keep coming. What a Joke.

I sent a hot tub control board in for repair, I received an 'estimate' of $150...when I asked what they found wrong they replied "we don't know, that would require an evaluation" How on earth do you provide an estimate then???? Yes evaluate it. So days later evaluation results: test:failed. test:failed. test:failed..... When I get it back it looks no different and you guessed it, it still doesn't work.Horrible experience and had to bounce around between 3-5 different people. Save the hassle go somewhere else....

When my 45kva transformer melted from a building fire, Angel at Global quickly helped me and had my transformer rewound and back to me in a week. Total down time from the fire was two weeks. Can't thank them enough.

Great customer service! They repair most of our electronics for JBS Pipestone and everything we get back works great! Angel Ellingham is best! She is our account manager and responds quick and is super helpful. I would recommend Global Electronics for all of your repairs!

If I could give a zero I would. GES has had a part from us for 2 months. It was always a week away from repair. On the day it was supposed to be done, we would call and they would say another week. We elevated to higher management and again we got a week and a half away. On the day it was due again, we finally got an e-mail that they could not repair it. We had other options and if they would have just been honest with us from the beginning we could have come up with other options. We have had a machine down in our busiest time of the year and it is causing us incredible expense and headaches with our customers. I would not trust GES with important repairs.

I work for a large food production company.we had multiple Banks down and needed a couple boards repaired. It was the weekend and our preferred vendor could not meet our needs. I called Angel Ellingham and Heather at Global and they instantly responded ,sent a courier to pick up boards and while they were being repaired kept me up on status and ETA. They delivered the boards the next day repaired and we got things back up and running. Very friendly and prompt service. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

Friendly staff, extremely fast service I usually get it back within a couple days. They have saved me a lot of money repairing our equipment. Highly recommend this company.Edit: After reading some reviews I have not experienced any of those. I've sent a lot of stuff to them to have repaired and received a phone call the day it arrived asking if I wanted the work completed and was explained a price. After approval I get it back within a day or two. All equipment that I've received works like new again. I will continue business in the future.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Global Electronic Inc. My company required a repair for component. Despite their advertised lead time of 1-5 days (or 24-48 hours for rush service), the repair took more than two weeks. To make matters worse, when we received the component back, it seemed that no work had been done on it at all.Global Electronic Inc. not only failed to address the issue we explicitly requested them to fix, but they also charged us more than $2k without providing an itemized invoice.It is deeply concerning that a company can operate this way, with no regard for their customers' needs or timelines, and attempt to charge exorbitant fees without any transparency or justification. I strongly advise against using Global Electronic Inc. for any repair services, as our experience with them was nothing short of a disaster.In light of this experience, I cannot recommend Global Electronic Inc. and would encourage others to seek alternative options for their repair needs.

Sent in 3 VFD drives March 10th 2023. Since then I have received 4 emails stating the "Technician needed to order parts" and the repair will be delayed. I was patient with the first couple times, but now we are over 2 months from the date Global received the parts and latest email has an ETA of May. I have tried to request that the units just get returned to me but now I cannot get ahold of anyone who can help me. It started out well, but now I'm getting the run around and still don't have my VFD's.
