Brought my 2015 Chevy Impala in with front end damage to the passenger bumper and a busted light. The owner was really helpful and offered me a seat noticing I was having issues with a newly sprained ankle. He also did a lot of work he didn’t but could’ve charged me for. Really awesome leadership from my experience. I will definitely be coming back and recommending you guys’ services.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I took my car in last week. Ramy told me to drop off at 9 am and I did just that, i believe in being punctual and I'm straight to the point. He said he'd be working on my engine as I needed a repair and said he'd start the next day. My car sat in his parking lot for 3 or 4 days and he never called me to give me an update on what was going on and no one from his shop called to let me know. I had to call them to get answers, i've never worked so hard when giving a business money to do a service. The last time we talked, Ramy told me he was waiting for a part and then no communication after that. Luckily I had a spare key, after about 4 days while the shop was closed and no communication from Ramy or the shop, I decided to just pick up my car because no one was communicating with me from the shop and I hadn't heard from the owner Ramy either and didn't think it was safe for my car to just sit in a parking lot for days as traffice was coming in and out, plus no one had even opened the hood or moved my car from the parking space I dropped it off in, disrespectful .No one will care for your property like you will so I picked up my car because clearly they didn't care what happened to my car. I picked up my car after hours since I couldn't get any help after days and no one still has called me lol for all they knew, someone could've stolen my car out of the parking lot, true story y'all. 1st time dealing with something like this but anyway I still don't know wether or not that part came in and my engine is still in trouble until i get it fixed. I spent lots of money renting a car when I didn't even have to if they had just kept their word on fixing my car or at least given me an update because no matter what it was, im understanding but at least give me a chance to understand. for days i was told nothing, my car was at his shop for days and one of the workers finally told me that no one even opened the hood of my ride. Working with this shop has been a NIGHTMARE. The owner Ramy at this business just simply does not RESPECT THE CUSTOMER'S TIME. The owner Ramy has told me&some friends to drop their vehicles off at a certain time&he says that he will start on that date that it is dropped off when the appointment is set up but usually my car never gets worked on when he says it will. If a part doesn't come in and you can't do it, just be honest and give me a call or an update to let me know that you can't do it because as customers, we have lives too and jobs and it helps to know if we need to bum a ride until the job is finished and it helps to know how much money we have to spend on transportation until the job is done, but we can't know that if you don't share updates, you need a system man! I'm the most patient person in the world, but Ramy pushes it. Time is just not very important to him and it's not important to him what he tells the customer because he will not come through for days and you just will not hear from the shop at all to let you know what happended and why it isn't finished. When you tell me that it will be done the next day and gave me a pick up time, I expect to get there and it be done because I made arrangements to pick up my car by having someone bring me or getting a Lyft there, UNLESS you UPDATE me hours before and say hey i couldn't get to it and I can save my resources and not be confused and I'm an understanding person so I understand that things happen but when you don't keep your word when dealing with other people's property, it becomes confusing and stressful. The owner Ramy just doesn't communicate well at all what is going on with your vehicle or if he has begun to work on it or even if it's finished or if that part finally came in or if it's late or anything. I just always feel like I'm playing the guessing game when I work with this business. I just feel like I'm doing his job of asking every question and asking well you said it would be ready Monday, it's now Thursday so is it ready Ramy? He's like no it's not ready and i'm like well why couldn't you just pick up the phone days ago and say that because my car has just been sitting at your shop for three days for no reason so I've spent extra money to get to work for nothing because I could've just picked up my car and drove it for those three days until you could ACTUALLY START. i've literally had to go by there to see if it's done because no one will pick up when you call and when he does pick up, he seems scatter brained and doesn't give you direct answers. It's the weirdest thing for a company to treat paying customers this way. Maybe he just doesn't love what he does anymore and if that's the case, close it down, but ignoring customers and disrespecting your customers by not answering their calls, not giving them updates that you didn't start when you said you would or that the part actually did not come in, not giving updates that you just so happen have not started on the car and it's been just sitting there for three days as the customer is spending extra money on rentals and things is just not thoughtful business. I thought i found a great shop and Ramy seemed cool when i first met him and maybe he is cool to grab a drink with, but as for business, man the professionalism is just a zero and they need a SECRETARY bad because there is no one there that knows how to communicate with the customers. I'm black and I love supporting small black businesses only usually and i have great experiences with black businesses, and I have some good experiences, not all, with small brown businesses community too and I don't want to give up on Ramy and his guys but it's costing me too much time&money so I'll find another black shop this time which is what I was looking for the first time when I typed in black owned shops, Ramy's shop popped up in search resul

They will hold your vehicle for multiple days without looking at the vehicle. I believe the manager is decent but the staff is trash because they are making his brand horrible. I rather go to s&j auto

Recommended a friend of mine to this shop to get some tire work done on his car. When you tell a customer you are going to do an alignment you make sure the work is done and don’t trick younger customers. I will not be recommending any more of my clients or friends to this shop.

I went in for an alignment everyone was nice and chill but they couldn’t align my car due to some seized bolts and still charged me for it. Didn’t wanna argue with them but don’t think it’s okay to charge for a service that wasn’t performed.

My little brother took his Honda here after he was turn away from other alignment places because he car is lowered and they said no. After seeing this place on social media I tell him to give them a shot. I repeat I should have gone with him and he wouldn't have been taken a advantage of. Went in ask to do an alignment car was brought in and brought out told they could do it because of seized bolts and it would be $85. Refund it

Ramy and his team knocked out a suspension and camber plate install on my M2C and I couldn't be happier. The experience was super easy and I'll definitely be going back to Global Alliance for any and all future work!

These guys were awesome. Went in for an alignment on my lowered Audi. They took me in right away and were very friendly. In and out in about a half hour. Definitely coming back to them for more work

Highly recommended, they do a great job, their prices are fair, and if something of their work is not correct they meet their guarantee, this is very good because the responsibility of their work is the key to visiting them.
