I went with my girlfriend and was hoping for the best. Even though the clothes are really cute the largest size they had on the floor for pretty much everything was a small. I wish I was over exaggerating there was maybe 3 things we saw that went up to a medium or large. Im gonna give the store the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe corporate needs to send more sizing options if the larger sizes are selling out so quickly. But it was just hugely dissatisfying as again the clothes are very cute styles it just felt like they were saying “yes we are cute but not for someone your size”

The Staff here are extremely RUDE including the manager Aerial. I don’t know why they have the feeling of entitlement when there job is to provide customer service. I asked for the general managers number which I called and left a voicemail but I’m pretty sure the manager here gave me the wrong number because I have yet to hear back from anybody. These girls didn’t even want to open a fitting room for me and I was the only person in the store. They were so Nasty like who do you really think you are ? Just because you weigh a 100 doesn’t give you the right to act like everybody’s beneath you. Your credit score isn’t high enough and you don’t make enough $ to act like you are a Boss or better than ANYBODY ?!! Please somebody do something to these horrible horrible employees/fake-managers….. This occurred on 3/17 about 6ish. I would appreciate if somebody would reach out regarding this because it’s not the first time this has happened with these employees/rude nasty manager don’t even know how she could be considered as manager material !

they have a funny way of running their businesss I will NEVER spend a dollar here ever again. spent a lot of money at this store. I get home and a Skirt I purchased doesn't fit. I STILL have the receipt. I returned to the store to exchange the skirt for the proper size. The person at the desk told me I can't exchange for my Correct size because i removed the tag from the skirt. what does a tag matter if I still have my receipt . so now I'm stuck with clothing that doesn't fit while "garage " profits off my coin and won't allow me to get the correct size. Scam.

Nice store however the employees working didn't try to assist or acknowledge that I came in the store. I was the only patron at the time.

My daughter loves this store. However each visit there is NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT BY THE STAFF!!!! With the price point they should be eager to say HELLO!

Rude rude rude. For those prices you would think the customer service would be better. You can get the same clothes at Forever 21 or many other places for cheaper. Will never shop there again.

Wish I could give negative stars. Today I took my 11yo daughter to the mall to shop for her birthday outfit. We entered the store and walked around for a few minutes with ABSOLUTELY NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. We were the only guests in the store. But soon after a few other Caucasian people entered the store and the store employee immediately stopped to greet them and ask if they needed anything. This happened 3 more times and still my daughter and I were NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED. I even made eye contact with the Caucasian employee and she never said a word. At that point I told my daughter we would not be purchasing anything from the store. She was disappointed as well because she too noticed that we were the only black people in the store and the only people who didn’t get acknowledged. It was very disappointing for us both but she ended up finding her outfits in H&M and Rue 21 and experienced phenomenal customer service in both stores.

The girl with a ponytail and curly hair cashier this afternoon was very unfriendly. I was told I could get 10% off my purchase if i downloaded the app and signed up. The service was horrible as I was waiting for it to download and the worker would not give me the 10% off. she didn't even say thank you after like a normal employee should do once you purchase from them. There was no one in the store and I waited for a good amount of time behind someone who bought a lot of stuff until they decided to tell the other girl from the back to come check my stuff out. do not recommend this to anyone.
