“The salesman, Jake, did a good job explaining all the options. We really like the dependability and comfort of La-Z-Boy. Our other set of La-Z-Boys lasted 17 years, mechanism still great but fabric was alittle worn in spots. Only wished they would remove the old ones when they brought the new ones. Price of delivery was high.”

Great on versatility. Warranty good.
However, pieces are mailed out separately, and we have to put them together. Wrr can't just have a partial living area to wait on all pieces. Not practical for us.”

“We were looking for additions to our pool/patio deck area and went to Georgia Leisure. We found it to be typical in offerings and pricing for stores of this nature (most are grossly overpriced!) on this visit we did not find what we wanted or anything that “wowed” us. consequently didn’t make a purchase. We may return in the future but it will require a reason or focused need they can fulfill.”
“had gone to many different targets and couldn't find the vinyl i was looking for. when i had no luck finding it here again, i asked Adrian (in the electronics department), and he went out of his way to double check were we had already looked (he even said if he couldn't find it today, we could come back tomorrow and he would hold onto it for us) and then he went to the back to check there as well and found the LAST one... “BE MORE LIKE PABLO! I buy La-z-boy because the brand has always been very durable. I will spend a little extra for higher quality products. The lift recliner I bought just under a year ago has been a great investment for me due to back issues which ultimately led to surgery, plus mobility issues due to a chronic illness.One part of my fully motorized chair stopped working so I had to schedule in home service. Pablo, who just left after fixing my headrest was awesome. First, through no fault of his own because the repair order he received was missing relevant detail, didn't have the part my chair needed so he made a quick trip back to the warehouse to grab it and bring it back to finish the repair. That never happens IRL, so just that one thing deserves 5 stars! But, wait there's more.Pablo made the repair then looked for the root cause, wire was caught somewhere causing it be severed. One strategically placed zip tie means I don't have to worry about it again. He then addressed other concerns and provided preventative maintenance for them, including the loose screw he tightened. This may have caused much larger issues in the future. We will never know, because Pablo fixed it before it could.Pablo deserves a raise. He earned it today and probably every day. Thank you, Pablo.”
