I hired Fresh Coat Painters to paint the exterior of my home, & shop, & I couldn't be more pleased with the work. My home looks brand new! Four of my neighbors have also used them, and they were all pleased as well. They company is very professional, and every step of the process went smoothly. They exceeded my expectations, and the company stands behind their work. I highly recommend them.

We recently had the exterior of our home painted and Fresh Coat Painters of Buford was our choice to do the work. They were fantastic! Betsy kept us informed about logistics and timing, the crew was prompt and worked hard to do the quality job we expected, and Alan visited with us on completion to make sure the work completed met his expectations and standards. We needed to get one side of our house painted (HOA life ?). Fresh coat was informative and patient with our questions. We had plenty of questions so we knew what to expect when we do plan on painting the whole house. Prices broken down, so we knew exactly what we were paying for. We definitely will be using Fresh Coat again!

I want to start out by saying Allen and Betsy themselves are fantastic people to work with and very professional in responses.However, our project did have some issues that were not their fault and they were apologetic about the delays. We had our dining room wallpaper attempted to be removed, however due to the age and probably the wallpaper picked, believe it was wallpaper panels which has it's own problems, it was not coming off. This lead to a two day anticipated job to be three days. The trouble was that PM did not notify us on the second day that this would be the case, a call to Allen was clarified in this understanding. The painter doing the work unfortunately did not seem to speak english which cause some other issues as well. These delays lead to a more expensive price than originally quoted, and while I can understand that would have been nice to be informed to find out before the final invoice/receipt was given.There were also some issues in getting things emailed to us, which I will chalk up to some technology being bad/new to the team as indicated to me by Allen they had recent switched over to the system. Overall it was a positive experience and our dining room looks great, and we know how to avoid headaches in the future projects that involve wallpaper in our house, and we look forward to possibly working with Allen and the team when we are looking to have our exterior of our home done which should hopefully have fewer headaches.

Absolutely gorgeous paint job on our house. Would give Fresh Coat 10 stars if I could. It was a nerve racking process of who to trust to paint the house and get the results you hope for. Alan and his team did a beautiful job. The outside of the house (6 years old) looks better than it ever did new from the builder. The paint job is outstanding and the team working on the house were very professional and friendly. I had a few touch ups mentioned after the job and Becky scheduled them and the team came out quickly so I have no doubts they are a company you can rely on for future issues that may come up or painting. I would 100% use them again. I mention who I used to paint our house to friends and family when they mention needing painters. Thank you Fresh Coat of Buford!Service: Exterior painting

Fresh Coat was referred to me by someone. I got a return call back promptly. Ms. Betsy was very helpful in helping me pick out colors and the “homework” exercise proved to be extremely helpful. The site manager was very meticulous and it proved to be a plus! I plan to call on them again and would highly recommend. I did not shop around for pricing but their quote process is very thorough and personally the price wasn’t something crazy. The quality of work is well deserved.Service: Interior painting

Fresh Coat Painters of Buford did a great job for us! They did drywall repair in our great room, painted our front door and front porch iron railing, as well as painting several rooms inside our home. From the free quote and visit by Allen, to the help with picking interior colors by Betsy, to the actual crews and work performed and overseen by Alan, we are so happy with our decision to go with this company. Everyone was professional and courteous and they really do care about doing the best quality job possible. These are good trustworthy folks! We have more interior painting that needs to be done to finish up the entire house and we will not hesitate to call on Betsy & Alan and their team to complete our interior painting. If you're comparing reviews to select a painting company, I can save you some time and trouble. STOP NOW. The way my town home sits it's the full-view, front and center, when you drive into our community. I used Fresh Coat of Buford to paint the exterior. I feel as if I need to have the best-looking home in the community, and I can honestly say I have the best paint job in the entire complex.I replaced my deck and needed to have it stained to match the community colors. Once again I called on Best Coat and they did their standard wonderful job. With the minor exception of a little overspray that found it's way to a door handle (that came off with a kitchen scrub sponge), the job was perfect - fast, complete, and most importantly done right.The only down side is my wife asked me if they do interior painting...TonyServices: Wood staining

Fresh Coat Painters of Buford did an excellent job painting the interior of our home in Grayson, GA. The price was fair, the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was great. The crew showed up on time everyday and worked steady until the job was complete. They covered the wood flooring in my home in each area they were working in. This was the most professional painting company I have ever used. They sent me information ahead of time - even a picture and bio of the person coming to give me the estimate so that I'd know what he looked like! They showed up within the time they estimated and did a high-quality job on painting my bathroom cabinets, the bathroom walls, the door and window frames. They had missed a couple of spots on the walls but when we did the walk-through, they were marked with painters tape. The painting crew came back and fixed all the spots quickly and efficiently. I chose Fresh Coat because the estimate included multiple repairs in the exterior woodwork. A competitive bid only identified one which sent a signal to me that Fresh Coat paid closer attention to detail and they did. From start to finish the entire crew was extremely conscientious and polite doesn't begin to describe how nice every person working for this company is. Their skills are first rate. Every single person in the company from scheduling to consulting on colors to prepping to painting to follow up could not have been more professional or done a better job.
