Spencer came out right way. He minimized cost by replacing only what needed to be replaced (belt and track), checked other units, lubed the existing unit, and left us with a smile. Honest, knowledgeable, and timely!

Spencer was quick to respond and communicated well when we contacted him about a broken garage door spring. He worked with our availability and came out to fix the problem. Spencer with Freedom Overhead Doors was top notch. Extremely impressed with the communication from start to finish. Quick availability and quicker repair. Also, he identified a safety issue on the other garage door and braced it with custom brackets. I will be using this company to replace my old doors when the time comes. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with my garage door and reached out to Freedom Overhead and I was pleasantly surprised as they came out within a few hours of my call. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any oversell etc. Promoted by my questions he said I had some older doors and gave me some sound advice on next steps when I needed.There will be no one else I use for any future services concerning garage doors. Of only other service providers were this quick, efficient, reasonable and friendly!!

Honestly, I wish every service operated this way. Spencer showed up early, did his job, went above and beyond by educating me on the job and explaining existing warranties on the equipment I already had. He quoted the job, and made it look easy and seamless. He even has the creative ability to troubleshoot beyond regular issues. Requested a quote through Yelp and Spencer responded almost immediately. His pricing was about the same as the other quotes I received. Decided to use him because of the other reviews and his willingness to attempt to work within my constraints. Once here, he knew what he was doing. He was professional and finished quickly. I will definitely be suggesting him to friends and neighbors if need if a garage repair.

Wow!! Spencer was awesome. Fast service, on time and everything as quoted over the phone. I explained what I was looking for and he gave me 3 options all excellent. He text me links and let me pick. no pressure to up sell. Very clean and fast install. I wish every decision I had to make could be this clear and easy.
