DO NOT DO ORDER PICKUP! They will take an hour just to pull your order with a forklift. Nobody answers the phone. The absolute worst service, actually don’t bother coming in the store either! One of those corporations that doesn’t want to pay their employees.

Can insure I’ll never shop at Floor & Decor. Damaged my Vanity & Store Pick Up is a joke
9/5 - Purchased 2 vanity’s for my business at the Floor & Decor Brookhaven location received a ready for pick up confirmation and still waited over a hour for it to be brought out and of course the forklift driver damaged it by puncturing 1 of the vanity’s while loading onto my truck on so had to return there on the spot, forklift driver or management could care less about damaging
9/6 - Purchased 2 vanity’s from the Buford location due to incident the day before, called and confirmed availability and was told long as I placed the order before 2pm it would be ready by same day. Placed the order at 10:23am order wasn’t ready. Next day 9/7 decided to just go to the store and purchase directly and cancel the order. The 2 vanity’s were brought to the back of the store where pick up is to be loaded I can visually see them, after an hour and a half of no one loading them I decided to get the smaller 30” vanity myself with the help of another frustrated customer waiting to pick up, the second vanity that was 48” was too heavy and on a pallet so it has to be forklifted. If they were busy I’d totally understand but there is several team members and forklift drivers sitting here on and outside of the deck on phones and joking around clearly not busy I asked 2 forklift drivers how long/ what’s the hold up and was told I can load it myself since I loaded the first one (which I clearly can’t it has to be forklifted) or they’ll load it when it’s ready despite it being here on the deck in front of us white my information on it. I’ve been at the store since 8:07am this morning it is now 12:13pm and I am still waiting for them to load it and yes the same 2-3 forklift drivers are still here hanging around the deck, 11:17am requested management which they came to the deck/ pick up area and mentioned the forklift drivers will load it when they’re able to cause she was told they’re busy back here. Again 12:13pm and I’m still waiting

Terrible customer service via phone. The phone just keeps ringing. Then when u get ahold of someone they never know an answer. Also, steer clean at all cost of Aquaguard laminate flooring. We just had installed and it completely sucks. It's 12 mill but it's extremely not durable. It has gotten nicks or many planks. I have never experienced a worse flooring. You have to be soon careful. The Home Depot waterproof laminate 12 mill is 100 times better and cheaper. Also, Floor and Decir mfg this flooring. There c.s. on the phone for the flooring is not helpful.

They don't answer their phones ever. When you go in there no one asks to assist you and you can't find anyone. They'll be doing some work state "lll be right with you" and never come back to check on you.
