I attended my first class in December of 2020. I signed up that day for a 3 month membership. The instructors are incredible and they explain any moves that I don't understand. The women are beautiful and uplifting. Thank you Gayle for this amazing experience.
Ladies only group fitness studio. Offering at least 22 classes per week. Pay per day or month, as you go. No Contract, No sign up fee. Enjoy fitness, friends and fun at our warm, cozy inviting studio. We also offer personal training and have a massage therapist on site. You will not find another gym or fitness center, in the area that offers this many classes. Be sure to look at our website and Facebook page for the most up to date information.
