I usually don’t waste time writing negative reviews, but this place is hands down the worst to shop at. I wish I had read reviews before I went in and save me the bad experience. This place seems to be run by entitled brat teenagers.Rude cashiers, associates. It took me over 30 mins to get a pair of shoes I already knew I wanted for my son, because nobody would help, and when I finally flagged two people, I was encountered with responses like “chose something else, we don’t have that” even though I was holding the size I was requesting. She then said “we can’t find the box” and walked away from me. After I chased her and asked her for the next number, she went and grabbed them and told me “alright, get in line” I said “can I please see them first”?”When I went to pay one of the cashiers asked the other one to help me and she say “no, I am good you got it” and turned her back on me.I spoke briefly to the three managers at the entrance, who were actually really nice and apologized, but why do they have 3 people hanging out at the door, and not making sure their employees are actually doing their job?The company won’t go broke without my business, but obviously, that’s the first and last time I shop there. I would have walked away within the first 10 mins, but my son really wanted those shoes.

I am extremely dissatisfied and lacking motivation to shop with your company again as a new and hopeful customer. The service I received from the manager at the mall of Georgia location was the worst I have ever experienced. Despite placing an order online, when I arrived at the store three hours later, my order was not prepared. Frustrated, I took the merchandise from the rack and approached the manager to inquire about my order. Instead of promptly assisting me, he proceeded to canceling my order. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they failed to take any action to make me feel valued as a customer. This level of unacceptable service has discouraged me from considering future shopping with your company.

Very annoying in this store the staff very very bad attitude towards the Hispanics they ignore him they insult him they do not want to serve very arrogant obviously the majority of the staff do not want to do their job I went to change some of my son's shoes that were a Christmas gift they did not fit and we asked for some that he liked and they came out that there was only one shoe that they were going to look for the next shoe because it was lost they left me at the checkout waiting for more than an hour and if I don't I ask them what happened u find the shoes that lady said no and i said why u did said anything u going back to the other costumer's and her speak to much obviously nothing good i don't recommend this store

Took my son in here to buy some shoes for his birthday. He finally found a pair he liked in his size, the associate went to grab them for my son and on the way back stopped to let somebody else try them on, then sold the pair of shoes for my son to someone else. He claimed they did not have my son's size in stock, but we heard him tell the other customer it was the last 8.5. We have never shopped here before. Wish I had read these reviews prior to shopping there today!

Went to the store and bought a pair of Air Jordan's which they didn't have at the moment. The employee assured us we would get the shoes delivered within 3-5 business day. I had to pay for economy delivery and it has been a week without shoes. When I called this store they said there is NOTHING they can do and I have to call the customer service phone line. The carrier has't even got the shoes from the store at this point and the customer service phone number they gave me NEVER answers! When will I get the shoes? Nobody knows.-------UPDATE: It was disappointing to be told the shoes were lost and they didn't have them anymore. I wonder if they ever had them to start with.Anyway the phone number JD gave me never worked however the Facebook messenger customer service did reply. I finally got a refund after messaging and it took about 4 days to get it back. Thanks.

Brenden and KJ were super helpful!! They thought they didn’t have my size and when they found that they did, they waited for me to exit the store across from them to tell me! Great customer service!

Tyler the manager is telling me I cannot return these shoes. Notice the white is white white!!! No signs of brown or dirt. He sees one scruff in which I tell him it’s because I had the display shoe which of course been worn inside the store. I messaged JD sports on IG and will be calling corporate since he wants to treat me like a scam. Literally showed him my receipt to prove I just bought shoes last week.

Third and last time I try to buy shoes in this store. To be fair the previous 2 times they were busy so I let it go that they never brought out the shoes I requested. Today there was 1 other person on the entire Men's side and after waiting 20 minutes for a pair of shoes, the kid that scanned them walks up to me and asked was I waiting for something??? Not anymore.

I had somewhat of an ok experience at JD Sports. Let me get the bad out the way. After the transaction went thru, I was told it didn't bc their system shut down as I was checking out. Therefore, they had me to do the transaction over. I checked my bank account and I told them it went thru. They said it doesn't show on their end. I was then charged again. The charge didn't show up on my account until after I left. Now I have 2 charges of the same thing. This is when the good part happened. The assistant manager help me with calling customer service. Even tho the issue wasn't solved Bianca was amazing and reassuring it will get fixed. I went back a week later after speaking to customer service bc they was giving me the run around. Bianca was there and she took care of the issue for me. So once again Bianca was AMAZING!!!

Employee had an attitude, failed to be nice and provide good customer service. Also he was rude and failed to mention the shoe i wanted to purchase was at the counter he just ignored the fact of everything and did what he wanted i mean go work somewhere else if you’re gonna have an attitude like that. Wrong line of work dude

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in the Mall of Georgia. This store "implemented" a policy where you cannot try on a pair of shoes at the same time. I don't mean having dozens of shoes, you literally cannot try a shoe for your left and right foot at the same time. I cannot believe a shoe store prevents customers from trying on merchandise. AND they have the nerve to be short staffed. So now we can't try on shoes and the associates are rude beyond measure. I don't understand how this store stays in business but they will never get a penny from me. Please don't come here if you're looking for friendly staff, selection or the ability to try on a shoe. I cannot express my disgust

Some of the employees in JD are a joke. They have bad attitude and poor customer service. I shop there often and have spent a lot of money buying shoes because me and my sons are sneaker heads. We do not resale but we love shoes.One particular day, I noticed about 5 of the female employees wearing some new dunks that were dropped. I was working with one employee trying to pull a shoe for my son and I commented to her about the shoes. She told me they had the shoes and asked me my size. She went looking for the shoe and they didn’t have the size I wanted so I opted to go up in size. I asked if I could try the shoe on, I was told that if someone else saw me trying the shoe on it may cause issues. I told her, I’ll just buy the shoe. When she went to pull the shoe so that I could check out she came back and told me her manager stated she wouldn’t sale “me” the shoe. She didn’t say she couldn’t sale the shoe but she couldn’t sale “me” the shoe. I didn’t understand the issue. I thought the goal was to sale merchandise and not hold merchandise for who the managers feel should purchase the shoes. The employee apologized and stated she had sold several pair and she didn’t understand either why she couldn’t see me the shoe. I do not know the managers name but I know she is very short and appear to be Hispanic. She had a bad attitude and nasty customer service.I called the customer care team while I was in the store and reported the issue. I have attempted to get in contact with the district manager of JD for the mall of Georgia location with no success. I even contacted the customer care team rep back, Sharena McKinney, and she stated she would put in a new request to be contacted. That was 02/22/2023 still no call back. Original complaint made on 01/21/2023.I have attempted to figure out the issue for months now. The customer care rep claimed she contacted me but never did. I told her I had no missed calls and I was near my phone all day and requested a call back. She refused to call back but stated she would put in a request to have the store manager contact me. I guess the tone is as long as you spend your money in JD, they don’t care about customer service.I also used the customer care site that the owner keeps referencing in google reviews to initiate a new complaint dated 23 March 2023 about the same issue. I’m sure I won’t get a call back.
