How unprofessional to not be open and your employees waiting outside in the hallway

Brenden and KJ were super helpful!! They thought they didn’t have my size and when they found that they did, they waited for me to exit the store across from them to tell me! Great customer service!

Employee had an attitude, failed to be nice and provide good customer service. Also he was rude and failed to mention the shoe i wanted to purchase was at the counter he just ignored the fact of everything and did what he wanted i mean go work somewhere else if you’re gonna have an attitude like that.
