This location consistently delivers very poor pickup and delivery service to small business customers in the same city, only a few miles away. From missed scheduled pickups that often span 2 or more days, to requiring an industrial business, open daily during usual business hours to set up delivery appointments. Appointments that FedEx Freight doesn't keep or honor. They just change them as they see fit. NO other local LTL carrier operates this way. Currently on day 13 of waiting for them to deliver a pallet sized piece of freight "FedEx Priority", scheduled for today over a week ago, but of course again rescheduled at their convenience. I seriously doubt it will deliver tomorrow since it's in a different center and no where near my location. My business clearly isn't important to FedEx and so we will no longer book any outbound loads using FedEx and will do our best to ensure our vendors and suppliers do not use FedEx freight to ship goods to us. It's been years of dealing with this nonsense, and this time is the last straw.

I showed up for a "Live unload" after 2 hours I went back to the office and asked them what was the hold up they told me to just drop the trailer and grab an empty. I had to inform them that is not what I was there for and I worked for a small company we don't drop trailers ??♂️
