I tried to send a big item today. The minute I step into the store, the attendant looked unpleased and claimed that my item would be very difficult to ship and that they didn’t have boxes. We went to UPS in he same parking lot where they help us in a very friendly manner

Jasson was very friendly and greated my right away when I walked inside fed ex….i was there to order some bday invites for my daughter and he was very friendly an also showed me different options for invitations…his service was excellent an I will definitely be back again for some more services….

Needed a last minute ticket print for a kids fundraiser. Uploaded my doc and paid online-picked up the next day and they even went the extra mile and cut all the tickets for me (I didn’t expect that or request it). Saved me so much time and hassle! REALLY appreciated the costumer service! Thank you!

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, didn't arrive. Now today, still didn't arrive. Your automated system told me to provide a tracking number in order to have the privilege of talking to a human. When I gave it the number, it parroted what I already read on the website. Then told me I couldn't talk to a human and hung up.Absolute garbage. The package is lost, and now you are using a shoddy AI system to prevent people from getting help. Nice work FedEx.

It was a great experience. Today is the day before my wedding day and they helped me get my programs put together! I am a hot mess and they spent the time with me to get it fixed. Very professional and friendly. Brook was especially amazing!!! She was the one who spent all the extra time with us because we are not tech-savy.

Horrible customer service Candice!!! I went to return equipment from my employer & had a paid shipping label. Was told that my label didn’t pay for the packaging. Unlike the email from my employer stated. After standing in the store at the end of the work day on a Friday frantically trying to reach someone from my job that is out of State. After 3 phone conversations with my employer, we all just agreed that I would pay for the packaging myself & be reimbursed by my employer. Go back to the counter and Candice informs me that my equipment will need to be shipped in 2 boxes if they package it for me. She was adamant that it is a policy that my monitor and my laptop could not be shipped in the same box. That would also mean that I would need a second prepaid shipping label from my employer or pay for a second one myself. This was nothing more than a total upselling opportunity. That would’ve been roughly $27 *2 for the boxes & possibly paying for a second shipping label if I couldn’t get my employer to email me another one right at that moment. Or even warrant me having to wait and come back a second time. It created nothing but aggravation tension & it was a major hassle. Ultimately, I opted to buy my own shipping box and bubble wrap and put all of the equipment in one box using the one label from my employer that I already had. I came to this cheaper alternative on my own because no one at FedEx bothered to care about assisting me with a cheaper alternative. I came out paying less than $25 in the end.

Such an amazing experience. Had so many problems printing but the employees took the time to help me out with my issue. It was a great experience and great customer service! Candice and Kira were so helpful.

As a Business man, My time is very valuable and Limited. As soon as I walked in the store, I was greeted with a smile and This young Lady knew her job very well. She assisted me at the Fax machine and her Customer Service Skills were on Point. Just want to say Thank you, For your Help . KierraKeep up that Positive attitude ? and That awesome smile. Definitely telling all my Co-workers to come here.

I called the location to verify that they were able to do lamination. The amazing customer service agent ms. Candice, was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and generous of courtesy. I drove to the store and had my work done by her quickly and expediently, all the while receiving great world-class Customer Service excellence!..Kudos to the location leadership, who was also very generous of kindness, courtesy, professionalism, and everyone had amazingly wonderful Smiles!.. Great Job to All ????P.S. please, please try to have the Peachtree City Walmart location finished installation and Open…it’s very disappointing to have to travel all the way to the Permitter Mall location in Dunwoody…Thank goodness their Staff are All also Awesome too!
