Paid to use pc. Typed up document and saved it as prepaid time was running out. Loaded more money and went to open document but it was erased.

This is a over due review but I've had a great experience Kierra, Brooke always a delight to work with. They steer the crowds and provide excellence service make sure you're at peace with the product. Whenever I submit my work they make sure everything is proper and good to go! I received poor and inappropriate service from the assistant manager (heavy-set and African American male).
I came to print a label on a glossy label paper I brought. From the beginning, he treated me with an unsolicited, disrespectful, and condescending tone. When I showed him the paper I wanted to print on, he handled the paper with negligence. He had damaged the paper, and I had to give him another piece to print. During payment, I asked if I could print on a custom paper at the self-service station. He answered dismissively - as if I was a bother to him.
The attitude displayed is not expected from an assistant manager, and I hope action can be taken to prevent other customers from receiving inappropriate service.

I went to drop off a package that was delivered to me wrongly and the customer service agent in this location was very rude! He wouldn’t completely answer my question and asked me to schedule a pick up! His behavior was very rude, ignored my questions and was screaming at me

I tried to send a big item today. The minute I step into the store, the attendant looked unpleased and claimed that my item would be very difficult to ship and that they didn’t have boxes. We went to UPS in he same parking lot where they help us in a very friendly manner

Jasson was very friendly and greated my right away when I walked inside fed ex….i was there to order some bday invites for my daughter and he was very friendly an also showed me different options for invitations…his service was excellent an I will definitely be back again for some more services….

Needed a last minute ticket print for a kids fundraiser. Uploaded my doc and paid online-picked up the next day and they even went the extra mile and cut all the tickets for me (I didn’t expect that or request it). Saved me so much time and hassle! REALLY appreciated the costumer service! Thank you!

Package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, didn't arrive. Now today, still didn't arrive. Your automated system told me to provide a tracking number in order to have the privilege of talking to a human. When I gave it the number, it parroted what I already read on the website. Then told me I couldn't talk to a human and hung up.Absolute garbage. The package is lost, and now you are using a shoddy AI system to prevent people from getting help. Nice work FedEx.
