Terrible system. Took 30 minutes to print a passport renewal application. It’s 2024. Come up with a more efficient system than having to log out of the system and sign in all over again just because I didn’t properly calculate my printing expenses. I’d rather spend $200 on a printer than the $15 I spent to print 6 pages. This process was unnecessarily inconvenient.

Costumer service is there so rude , plus the lady tells me to print a label will cost me 20 cent but instead 20 cents it charge me 5$ for one piece of paper I don’t recommend this fedex store , I don’t know where the manager looking when they hiring people who has this bad attitude

I had two packages heading to two different destinations. I printed out the labels by myself and the packages were just ready to ship but for some reason the lady who helped re-printed out the label and guess what? She put the wrong label so the package which supposed to head to North Carolina went to Texas and the one that supposed to went to Texas went to North Carolina. Of course didn’t receive any apologies. Two ladies who work at this location don’t care about customers business. No responsibility at all.

I wish I could give a minus 5 ? the black lady attending this FedEx is racist, in front of me there was a couple of black people, the costumer service lady was so nice and kind to them, but as soon as they left and she sees me, her face changed, since I'm Hispanic, her face change from nice to serious and angry (so ugly) I said hi, she didn't say hi back, I went next day and there was a younger woman, she is really nice and kind.

Rude employees and don’t accidentally lose your receipt because you are screwed without it I sent a package to my mother she still hasn’t received it and someone accidentally threw my receipt away on the counter at home so I don’t have the tracking number and they refuse to help out in any way they told me if I had No tracking number then there was nothing that they could do about it no way to look it up I will never use fedex again I will go to ups or usps

I bought a spoiler for my car Thursday I was at work they came didn't leave no paper or any info that they were then got delayed next day then I got it and the box was tore up opened it and my spoiler was busted always had trouble with fedex

I was helped today my Meherete and received outstanding customer service. I needed blueprints printed 24"x 36". Not only did they get them to me same day, Meherete even drove down to Mall of Ga Fedex where they were printed to have them to me by 4pm. Just blown away by this wonderful dedication to customer service.

I was helped today my Meherete and received outstanding customer service. I needed blueprints printed 24"x 36". Not only did they get them to me same day, Meherete even drove down to Mall of Ga Fedex where they were printed to have them to me by 4pm. If you're expecting an on-time delivery of your product, then I would recommend looking elsewhere. I ordered a canvas print and was told I could pick it up on a Tuesday at 0900 when ordering. I got an email on a Monday afternoon at 1600 saying that my product is ready for pickup. When I showed up that next day to pick it up at 1000 they told me that they did not have my product ready. Customer service tried to make one phone call that no one answered and told me that he could not do anything. I was told to come back later in the day to hopefully pick it up. As of right now I still do not have my canvas print and I will not be using their services again. Stay away if you want to pick up your products on time.

It is inside the Walmart, at the front next to the Customer Service area. Service was super fast!
