If zero stars were an option that would be my rating. I was so incredibly put off by this agency - specifically Mark himself. If you want to experience bigotry, discrimination, inequality, and asinine assumptions of people based on his twisted perceptions, please go with this agency. If you are even half of a decent human, I encourage you to spend your hard earned dollars elsewhere. There is SO much better out there, even within Farmers.

We have all of our insurance needs covered by Farmers and Mark Martin. They have always been responsive and very helpful when we had questions or problems. They were awesome during the pandemic when they reduced our rates for non-driving, and we appreciated it.

I love, love, love my Farmers Insurance agents. Everytime I call I ALWAYS get to speak with a familiar voice. That means alot. Their customer service can not be matched or beaten with any I have EVER experienced. Mark and Greg go above and beyond for me. I do not feel like a customer with them, it's more like family. They are stuck with me because I'm nit gping anywhere. You should check them out You will not be sorry.

Mark & Greg are the best. No matter what questions I have they are top notch. Really receptive & helpful. They are a pleasure to talk to & work with. If it’s as basic as to what my rates would be if I get a new car or helping assist with what is or what is not a claim I really appreciate knowing they will shoot me straight. Really honest & upstanding gentlemen. We need more folks like them! Even helped me remember doing the discount class will help me save on my car insurance!

I've been with this agency for several years now and can't imagine going anywhere else. The few times I've needed assistance I've been able to get it quickly and in a friendly, helpful way. I've had a few other agencies contact me with rates and quotes now and then, but they're never better than what I'm currently getting with Mark's office. Excellent service and competitive rates; what's not to love?

I have known Mark and Greg for many years now. I have many insurance needs (I have lots of toys). They provide insurance for: 4 Harley's, 3 daily drivers, 2 classic cars, and my house. Any time I call them they are happy to help and always go the extra mile for me... all while saving me money! It is awesome knowing that whatever I need they have a solution. I HIGHLY recommend them! You will not find better agents in the insurance industry nor will you find better, more genuine people than these guys.As usual...Thanks Mark and Greg!

Great service and great value. We have our home and vehicles insured with Farmer’s. We have had insurance with State Farm, Allstate and Geico in the past. Some may be a bit cheaper but the service we got from those others was extremely lacking and very impersonal. I highly recommend Mark Martin and Farmer’s Insurance. And Greg Martin is great, too! Very personable and knowledgeable.
