worst salon i’ve ever been too by far. they left me waiting for 20 minutes and when another customer came in they attended them in no time. worst customer service ever. and claimed nail tech was “sick” while attending customers

Bad customer service. I went to the nail salon, just to get my eyebrows waxed and when I went inside, I was turned away from this lady and she told me that the salon was closed, not even asking me what I was getting done. It was 4:45pm. I went to the Dominican salon next door and the ladies were nice enough to fit me in even though they were busy with other clients. Avoid going to Elite Nail at all cost if you want to be turned away just because they either tired or “closed.”

Said they’re open until 5pm and it’s 3:23PM. They’re closed. No one inside. I would avoid it, don’t bother giving it a chance unless you have time to kill.

This nail salon has been FANTASTIC from start to finish on every visit. I have been going to this salon for over four years and it has been pleasant experience on every visit. My nails are perfect every time.I have been to larger nail salons that are far more expensive and my nails lift and chip. Elite nails are always affordable and last two to three weeks.The pedicures are equally amazing! The massages are lengthy and relieve tension. I can not say enough about a small salon that delivers large results on quality. Definite Go.Services: Waxing

I’m a Business owner, working my birthday due to a call off and needed some RNR. Googled a nail spa close to my home and Elite came up, closing at 8pm, arrived at 630pm and they refused me service because they were “tired” WOW!!! During these times... surely not TIMES to turn business away because you’re tired.

The man and women were very nice! I was able to make them laugh a few times, which is great! They were gentle with my nails and took their time, even after closing. I will definitely go back again!
