We came back today to pick up his phone and once again we were service by Bert. The customer service is a 10+. “I had the pleasure of having AVC Maine be the first company on the list while searching for a company to do audio and lighting upgrades to my boat. The work lasted over a few days, and I couldn’t see the finished project until two days after that do to my schedule. I must say that DJ, Chris, and the entire team exceeded my expectations. “Came in to pick up a phone. Immediately was greeted upon walking in. Everyone was very nice and friendly. There were a few things that needed to be handled before I was able to pick it up. Helen did an amazing job in assisting and was very patient. I definitely recommend Verizon and this location!”
“Jeff Houston did an incredible job. He is super talented and knowledgeable. He had to stay beyond business hours to ensure the job was perfectly completed. I would recommend him for anyone has software/technical issues with iPhones. Apple Avalon sucks and lacks of trained staff and technicians. They did not even know what was going on and could not fix the issues.”
“I don't go to the mall much, but when I do I have to end up going to Macy's for cologne or the Apple Store. I went to pick up some cologne on this day as I had a $100 gift certificate from Humana that I chose. Long story short I bought the new Armani Code that came out last October. It was 2.5oz and the total cost was $143.00. Basically I just had to come out of pocket $43 for my purchase, Granted it's much more better going to Macy's if you have some type of gift certificate or coupons. Unless of course you're just a high roller and it doesn't affect your pockets much.”

“It's Wal-Mart, what can I say, this store is usually stocked up with everything you need, seldom do I find items not in stock. However they can definitely work on opening more check out lanes at high volume times. I know it's difficult and I can imagine all the ongoing staffing issues they face, but people hate waiting in longghhh lines. Management has always been friendly when I needed finding something or had any concerns. This location is better than many I have visited...”
