Grosero - Horrible customer service.We’ve been coming to this place for years, but when we found an item that we felt needed to be returned, the owner turned the experience into something horrible. What should have been a simple response like: ..”we can’t accept returns on perishables, but let me take note of your concerns…” turned into a barrage of how we had been the only people to ever complain about the product. He didn’t care to listen, and just continued his barrage nearly non stop until we said enough of this and left.Client be warned, don’t ever return or give feedback to the owner, or he will unload in the worst possible way.Will be taking my business elsewhere!

The staff are great and friendly and very helpful. A great place to ship items to Columbia, South America and a lot of unique Spanish grocery products

Good almost exclusive Colombian products, a bit pricy though. Still a good choice to get plenty of Colombian products.It would be great if they offer more fresh products, but for what they do it is very good. So far is the only exclusively Colombian option in the area.
