Rick was awesome.. My first time in DXL and I will definitely return... He took the time to set my loyalty program up correctly, clearly i didnt have a clue lol, He answered every question i had with knowledge and experience.. He offered to order the item I needed in a different size to anywhere in the country, or i could have had them sent to his store where they'd be safe.Im an Over the Road truck driver, I'm sure there are plenty of great experiences all across the country.. As for myself, I'm making DXL in Buford my home store.. Thanks Rick. See ya soon!!!

As soon as I walked into the DXL Big & Tall store in Buford, Georgia the Manager greeted me and asked if i needed any assistance. Excellent customer service by immediately acknowledging my presence!

We had to get a last minute suit for my fiancé for our wedding after some tomfoolery with men’s warehouse and when we went in here Ray took care of us and got my fiancé a beautiful suit, tie, and shoes in under an hour. Ray is the real deal and DXL has a great selection

This store has all the big and tall needs, Just with the prices weren't so big and tall as well. However it does have the things you need and you can order online as well.

I've been a DXL customer since the early 90s. Clean store. Staff was helpful though at times a little too helpful. Plenty of selection but could use more inventory in the larger sizes. Usually can order the size you need however. Consistency with sizes could be better. Often you can try on 3 of the exact same shirt in the exact same size yet they will all fit completely different. You definitely have to try on every single item before buying.
