I found Don via google search and after a call with Don, I decide to stop in. He was upfront on what to expect in the process, potential problems, and estimated cost to repair my 2007 Ford 150 5.4L 4x4 transmission. I appreciate his transparency and engagement since I had already drop 3K with another shop on a rebuild. Don and his team worked through the issues and I drove the truck from his shop over the mountains to NC same day with no transmission errors and skipping.

I was referred to this shop by my brother in law. I was in a panic as my Ford Explorer was hesitating in shifting gears yet no diagnostic light appeared. I searched online for the symptoms that I was experiencing and pretty much was lead to believe I needed a transmission rebuild or a new transmission. I called Don Brown and spoke with Stacey, who was very informative and ran over the process with me. She gave me a price of the diagnostic upfront. When they did the diagnostic they found that my transmission was in great shape...it was just a transmission leak!! They could have told me I needed a rebuild and I would have believed them as that's what my online research had pointed me towards. They gave me a price before doing the work. They are honest and reputable. They have a new, loyal customer for life!!

Very unprofessional so far. Went to pick up my truck and it crapped out on me. Lost power and started making noises. All I can do now is hope that they can do the job right. Already been one month

Very unprofessional. We had a warranty issue with a Ford transmission. Mr Brown went almost a week before calling Ford with the codes, and then when Ford told him that we would need to take the vehicle to a dealer, cleared the codes. He refused to call them with the codes he had received and the shop took an unannounced week long vacation the week after. We will not return or promote this business.

I have a 99 honda accord that they fixed. Great place to have car repairs done. Very knowledgeable and the staff was amazing. If u need auto repairs done call these guys.. U won't be sorry I promise.

I had a terrible experience with this shop. Hidden fees that they won’t tell you about until you go to pick up your car. You definitely want to skip this.

Stopped by last minute with a screw in my tire- called on my way to see if they could fix it quick and Stacey said “come on by”- they fixed it for me right away and I was on my way again!! They were awesome and I really appreciate it!!
