Here is the truth about my experience.
It was Saturday afternoon and I was searching for white shoes for church.
Belk was my absolute last hope.
The shoe department was packed.
There were only 2 associates working at first. One of them looked like she was ready to GO HOME. (You know what I mean). And suddenly she was gone.
But the customers were still coming.
You could hear the whispers of the dissatisfied customers.
Two associates had suddenly dwindled down to ONE ASSOCIATE!
I DON’T KNOW HOW THIS SUPER ASSOCIATE (015474) DID IT but let me tell you. SHE WORKED THAT SHOE DEPARTMENT WITH SURE GRIT AND PROFESSIONALISM.
We all received the same excellent service and I’m telling you we (women customers) were everywhere. She provided amazing customer service. I was extremely impressed and very satisfied.

Her friend and coworker was also amazing, she worked in the perfume department. So loving and caring. She found the perfect Coach perfume gift we needed. Amazed how much they care and with the shopping experience they provided for us. Thank you so much.”

“This TJ Maxx is huge. My fav spot in TJ Maxx is the gourmet food section. Always nice surprises on these aisles. Last visit, I found authentic New York Pretzels. They were delicious.”

“The lady who opened the sunglasses case to help me find a pair, plus assisting me when I asked about the sunglasses cases it came with and Lynda at the cashier taking the sensor off to make sure it looks good on me, due to final sale with no returns and exchanges because of Clear the Rack sale, all were helpful and great. This is my first time here. One star off for the cashier with head wrap who was next to Lynda, who went on her phone to text when it was my turn at front of the check out line, but Lynda stepped up which I appreciate.”

“I had a great experience with Hannah and her co-worker (she had short blonde hair, didn't catch her name). Hannah sized me and her co-worker checked on me and helped me try on different undergarments until I found a few items that fit me well and I was comfortable with. I would definitely go shopping at this location again.I went early in the morning on a Wednesday and I was the only one in the store at the time.”
“Emily took great care of me! Walked me to my item instead of just pointing like everyone else. She said it was her second day. Hopefully she stays. That’s the customer service that will keep people coming back!”
“Had a flat tire and when I replaced it with the spare that was flat also. After my mini tantrum in the parking lot I found an air compressor for $10 and was back on the road in 5 mins.”
“The pump I used didn't automatically shut off and and was over flowing. There was a big stain on the ground where it looked like it happened before me. Other than that I always get my gas at this kroger and no problems.”
“had gone to many different targets and couldn't find the vinyl i was looking for. when i had no luck finding it here again, i asked Adrian (in the electronics department), and he went out of his way to double check were we had already looked (he even said if he couldn't find it today, we could come back tomorrow and he would hold onto it for us) and then he went to the back to check there as well and found the LAST one... “I don't go to the mall much, but when I do I have to end up going to Macy's for cologne or the Apple Store. I went to pick up some cologne on this day as I had a $100 gift certificate from Humana that I chose. Long story short I bought the new Armani Code that came out last October. It was 2.5oz and the total cost was $143.00. Basically I just had to come out of pocket $43 for my purchase, Granted it's much more better going to Macy's if you have some type of gift certificate or coupons. Unless of course you're just a high roller and it doesn't affect your pockets much.”

“We worked with Spencer at the tire shop to get 4 tires and he is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us get the best tires for our truck and we plan to go back this week for new tires for our daily driver. Every single time, the associates at this tires shop have been nothing but outstanding! Keep up the good work!”
“It's Wal-Mart, what can I say, this store is usually stocked up with everything you need, seldom do I find items not in stock. However they can definitely work on opening more check out lanes at high volume times. I know it's difficult and I can imagine all the ongoing staffing issues they face, but people hate waiting in longghhh lines. Management has always been friendly when I needed finding something or had any concerns. This location is better than many I have visited...”
