Worse cvs pharmacy ever!!! They need to get more capacity people to work there. Got there an hour after my prescription was sent and wasn’t ready yet then he tells me to come back after 3 hours bc they have hundreds of people ahead of me. This is totally ridiculous!!! Never going to waste my time at this location even is closer to me.

Customer service goes a long way in providing excellent service for a customer.
Today I needed to print a picture for my daughter’s wedding.
I didn’t know how to operate the machine so Kenny (a CVS employee) stepped in to assist me.
He made my experience stress free and I want to thank him for his excellent customer skills.

The pharmacy needs to do better. I had to use this pharmacy because they were the only one who had my medication in stock. I shouldn't have to wait more than an hour on hold to transfer my medication to their location. Hire more staff or find a better alternative for Rx transfers.

First, I got texts saying my prescription was ready and then when I went there I was told it wasn't. Twice.
Second, the info on the rx label is wrong. I picked up a medicine that was prescribed by my cardiologist, but the name of my neurologist is on the label.
Third, the address for me on the label is one I haven't lived at this CENTURY, much less my home address, where I've lived for nearly 15 years.
The lack of attention to detail concerns me- if someone wasn't paying attention, they could end up with an incorrect medication!
Get it together, CVS!
Oh, and I did the survey on the receipt - at the end, it asked if I wanted to leave a Google review. I clicked yes, and it respected me to their website! Incompetence...

I pulled up to CVS at 9:59 walked up to the door and the manager locked the door with me standing there. My son is very sick and I need to get him some medicine. I tried to plead with him and he just put his arms up in a crossing motion, screaming at me that they were closed. This is terrible customer service. I have a sick child. And I just needed to get him some medicine.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! My insurance unfortunately, decided that any 90 Day or more prescription has to be filled at CVS. I was told Saturday that they transferred my prescription out and here it is Monday and they never did it. I’ve called everyday to have this done just to be lied to. I absolutely hate that I have to deal with CVS, you are better off dealing with a mailed prescription.

The pharmacy NEVER answers the phone. I have an elderly father that was at home alone while my mom was on vacation so my father asked if I can fill his prescription for him so I called and waited for 45 minutes and NO ONE ever answered (and it was not during their lunch time) so I went through the automated service and placed the order and it said the order was placed and would be ready the next day. Well next day came along so I tried to call first to make sure it was filled. This time I waited 30 minutes before hanging up. Went through the automated service to check the status and the order was never placed. The next day I was finally able to get someone on the phone and she had an attitude. CVS workers should treat the customers better. When Amazon pharmacy takes over and they don’t have a job they will have nobody to blame but themselves and their bad attitudes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

After years of poor service one of my prescriptions was called in there this week by mistake. I thought oh lord I’m going to have to deal with Nicole - the WORST… However today I had the pleasure of being assisted by “Beatrix” forgive my spelling. What an absolute sweetheart of an employee- I’ll come back for this particular prescription as long as she is there. She was so bright and friendly - thank you ?

45 minutes on hold for the pharmacy currently. Yesterday was on hold for 20 minutes; I heard someone pick up the receiver and hang up the phone. Y’all gotta do better.

AVOID AVOID AVOID After being on hold for 23 minutes I was treated very rudely. My doctor called in the medication. He wanted me to have today and they have it in stock but are telling me they won’t fill it until the morning when I asked why they gave no good reason other than, I just have to wait these folks think that they know better than the doctor Ore them they are dangerous

Pathetic customer service from the pharmacy. Couldn't answer my questions from the night before. Called the next night instead of wasting my time driving there. No answer after 50 minutes of waiting. Just shut down.
