The gym is great, staff is okay, but there's one dumb thing they do. If you have your stuff in your locker which is located in the bathroom, and then there's a cleaner that goes in and cleans the bathroom. Now while the cleaner does this, she CLOSES THE ONLY BATHROOM that the place has!!! Making me wait 20 min outside of the bathroom just to either go to the restroom or get my stuff! On top of that she IS TAKING HER SWEET TIME! She puts 10 "warning slippery when wet" signs to block the way in and adding the stanchion!! This is insane! Made me late for work! I'm giving 3 stars because everything else is just fine.

I have been approached multiple times during my workout by trainers to book a session. I have declined nicely, but the constant reminder is annoying. Front desk constantly ask my guest to sign up for a membership. Men’s bathroom never has hand soap. Pro- gym equipment is new

My brother and mother spend time unhoused right now though my brother has two jobs. They decided on a membership so they could shower sometimes when that happens. The day after Christmas they robbed my brother of $200, claiming it was back payments when those would have amounted to $50 at most. My family was in a hotel finally at the time but cannot renew their stay because of the theft. They will rob you blind and not make it right, even if their theft could kill you, and on Christmas, too. My family have $11 left to try and survive the next 10 days in their car. This place needs to be shut down and the business sued out of existence.

Absolutely Horrible Experience ! Whomever, makes it impossible to cancel membership. When I signed up, I was so excited. Before the grand opening, I received a promotion at work that required me to move downtown Atlanta. Once I realize that there were no crunch fitness gyms within 20 miles from where I was moving to, I called and spoke with a manager who stated that I could not send an email to cancel my membership and that I had to mail out a letter or drop off a written notice. I personally went down to the Buford crunch fitness and was told in person that their policy states that I would have to wait three months before being able to cancel my membership. SURE ! I handed whomever was at the front in person a written letter i wrote on the spot after telling me their policy. This was back in July. Come October they were still charging me. I called back and asked them to refund the charge. They gave me a big run around and said that there shouldn't be any more charges after October but that they could not find any cancel confirmation on my account. This is why I prefer email and paper trail. I did a stop payment with my bank and now they are charging my credit card that was also on file.

Parker is awesome! She really helps me out whenever I need it. Everyone here is also really caring about me and my goals. My favorite thing about coming here is the narly culture!

Well where should I start..... Worst feeling is the people at the front desk stand around on the phone and talking. Never interested in answering a question, only scanning barcodes of the ppl entering. Waiting in line to use a machine is a waste of time. Most people don't even clean the machine when done. ? Then when you ask to cancel your membership your told you have to wait till 90 days are up. Ok you wait the 90 days then they tell you have to pay the next month cause it's within 30 days!! Worst experience with a gym... I wish YouFit was still here!! This club lies to rack in more money. If your gonna cancel do it BEFORE the 90 days are up.

I literally just got off the phone with this gym. Had to call twice to get a straight answer. First time with a woman named Ally, and a second time with a man named Nick. Ally straight up lied and said I could get a free trial pass. Nick then said no such thing exists and upon informing him that his coworker lied went ahead and defended her while being passive-aggressive towards me. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... will not be stepping foot inside this gym ever.

Horrible . I was told at 5AM this morning they aren't accepting guest passes this week. Is it too much to put this information on your website? Bogus...

Bad experience at this gym. I signed up for a free pass online that was valid for 3 days from the day that it was assigned.First day I go in and they claim they aren't doing any trail passes right now- not indicated anywhere on the website or free trial pass. Forcing me to either pay $15 for a day pass or sign up for a membership. The girl at the front says I get a free week on the membership and then it started charging- I am interested in this until she says I can't cancel for 90 days so I would pay 3 months membership before even being able to cancel. They refused any tour of the gym, I ended paying for a day pass since I had already made my way over. But they were extremely unhelpful with welcoming me to a new gym, so will not become a member here.

Way over crowded and they keep selling memberships. Be warned if you sign up you have to wait 3 months before you can cancel and if you go in a day after your 90 days is over you’ll be charged for an additional month. So you have to go in and cancel in person on that 90th day. Which of course they don’t tell you that. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

The pros: The place has all the equipment you need. The place looks nice. The people at the front desk are friendly. The music is pretty good too. The cons: the trainers are often coming up to people and trying to persuade them to schedule a training session. I have had around four different trainers come up to me for this very reason and some of them are VERY persistent. Beware: wear some headphones and avoid eye contact otherwise they might get you. The place is also very crowded. Best times to go are when it's opening or when it's about to close, any other times expect there to be a lot of people and limited parking spots. Everything also seems so crowded, I wish there was more space in the building, the machines are close to each other and the walkways are narrow. Overall, better than planet fitness, but if an LA fitness were closer, I would get a membership there.

They charge a $2.25 convenience fee for monthly credit card transactions unless converting to a checking account withdrawal. We have (3). accounts, so we essentially pay this fee (3) times every month. I was working with Simeon to change the account payment method to a checking account and was told the convenience fee would remain in effect as per corporate guidance. I wasn't event looking for a refund of past fees, just trying to address this moving forward. They will lose multiple memberships over this policy. Also told there is no number to consult corporate and would have to use US Mail and write a letter. In 2023 to not have a direct email account or phone number is quite revealing about Crunch Fitness. The sauna has been off a couple of times that my wife has attended, not sure if trainers/staff are supposed to be maintaining or watching that, but it is inconvenient when someone wants to use. Also the member portal doesn't accurately/completely show billing charges.**UPDATE** 11/28/23Had to cancel my 3 Founders memberships this weekend after being overcharged $10 on two of the memberships over each of the past 2 months. Store manager Zach tried to resolve but has given up and been less than helpful with updates; it’s impossible to get in touch with Corporate directly. Do yourself a favor and find another gym where consistent pricing will be honored and they have the local ability to fix billing. Facilities and trainers are nice, just the billing and customer support has been terrible.

I am so pissed . I tried to cancel my membership because I'm too busy and just not able to make it in at this point. I called and tried to cancel over the phone about a month and a half and a half ago and they told me I had to come in to cancel my membership... I was not able to get in there again until yesterday due to work restrictions and taking care of two elder parents and they told me that because I was close to paying on November 29 which is 10 days away I have to pay my payment in order to cancel ? or my cancellation, would not work so I begrudgingly paid then canceled… When I got home I looked online and noticed that I was able to close my account over the phone and realized I could've closed it a month and a half ago. This place is terrible!!! it is also impossible to get in touch with anyone at corporate and leads you down to store level...if you choose to go to crunch fitness beware they don't make it covenant to leave!!!
