After having an uncomfortable encounter with one of the Coachscoach brad, where he told me to break up with my boyfriend, and referencing my glutes as “thang” and other inappropriate comments, He also stole from me by falsely checking me in and using one of my training sessions to get commission. I spoke to the GM that didn’t really seem to care so I had to reach out to another location for help. Wouldn’t trust these people with my information. Unfortunately I am stuck in a three month contract that I can’t get out even though I didn’t sign up to have extremely inappropriate interactions with the male PT or be stolen from.All the new reviews seem to be employees, due to them all being posted at the same time, dont be fooled! They scam you!

F rating on BBB Personal trainer is charging me for sessions I never scheduled. $$$ Hundreds of dollars. Now I get to talk to 2 different fraud teams because you can't just put one card down. The staff at this location is terribly rude. Do not recommend

Where to start..I’ll start with the only positive experience. Julian was helpful in canceling my membership. That’s it.Back in April of this year, I went into the gym to downgrade my membership. I was “helped” by this white dude with a buzz cut. I told him I wanted to downgrade my membership, but he kept on going on and on explaining how I would be somehow losing money and that it would be better to just leave it at the level that it was at. After listening to all the reasons why I should just keep the tier I was at, I decided that it wasn’t worth having the membership at all and I told him I want to cancel instead.He chuckled and said ok. I want to preface this next part by saying that this was my first ever gym membership and I think he took advantage of the fact that I was ignorant to how this process works.He said that since I was within the 30 day period of my next charge, I would have to pay it to cancel. I said cool. I pulled out my card and paid my membership fee for basically May. After that he said the cancel is complete and that the last day of my membership would be May 25th.Come May 29th I get charged again for the membership fee. I call the gym explaining I cancelled back in April and they say there is no documentation of the cancel. I ended up going to the gym today and Crunch made me pay May & Junes membership fee as well as the annual gym fee… I didn’t know I had to sign on the pin pad to cancel.It’s ridiculous how I first of all was lied to by an employee about the cancel. I have to pay for May that I didn’t even use, pay for June when I don’t even want it, AND pay an annual fee when my last day at the gym is June 29th, and that’s if my membership really is cancelled.Crunch operates its business unethically and engages in deceptive business practices. I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere or they will try to screw you and your wallet over ever chance they can get.

I love that crunch is a very good gym! I’ve read previous reviews and agree that yes there are some ghetto people here sometimes which I’m not sure where they come from bc they do not live in Buford so it’s most likely just visitors. But besides that I really appreciate my Southern Republican Buford city citizens who keep this gym in great condition! Go BUFORD WOLVES!!!!! ?
