Worker by the name of SONIA ESTEPHANIA R barely assured us. She completely disregarded our needs and set off on her own. After causing a mistake SHE made, she continued to blame us, telling us we didn’t provide enough information when she could’ve asked us questions and she barely LISTENED to us. Because of her mistake, we had to pay TWICE and I had to make several calls while she just sat there telling me what to do. It literally felt like I was doing all the work. It was very unprofessional and so embarrassed on her behalf. One would think that when switching lines they would want the SAME phone number but this worker clearly didn’t.

I had really good customer service when I ported my numbers over. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, gave me recommendations and went over everything in detail, which I appreciated. It's been a few weeks and the cellular coverage has been on point, I can't lie, fast speeds, no slowdowns, streaming has been without issue! Cricket earned my business and made me a believer, so far. Also, I'm saving nearly $120 per month from my previous carrier.

I called and listen to recordings for a few minutes, twice, and both times after decided not to have the recording keep talking, I expected someone to answer. But of course, no one answered and then it just disconnected.

I need someone from CORPORATE to contact me. I bought a phone at THIS store on my way home from work. It did not work properly, I went to the WINDER store near where I live to see if they could fix it. They said NOOOOO, you have to take it TO THE STORE YOU PURCHASED IT AND MAKE THEM GIVE YOU A NEW PHONE. Meanwhile, when I went back to work it was NINE DAYS after I purchased it!!!!!!!!!!! THEY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Next stop the BBB.

I purchased a phone this evening at this location after which the clerk "Carlos L." transferred my number but refused to "mirror" my apps as this store has done with our phone purchases in the past.When the clerk in no uncertain terms refused to honor a polite request, I asked for my old phone and money back. He wouldn't refund my "transfer fee" even though I kept my old phone and they don't issue a receipt, so who knows where that money went!I called the company and they flatly said he should've transferred my apps - standard procedure.This is no way to operate a business and I intend to follow through with a formal complaint.
