I came for an eyeglass and contact lens exam. The prescription didn’t feel very strong and was lower than my previous one. I went back to the doctor 3 times to get it fixed and kept telling him I couldn’t see but he just excused it as dry eyes. Months later and I have to go to another eye doctor and pay out of pocket for new glasses and contacts because I have been having the worst headaches due to blurry vision. Stay far away from this doctor he has no idea what he’s talking about.

Lost my prescription and called for a copy but whomever answered didn't respond with a greeting. Spent about 10 minutes listening to the office conversations until I gave up. It's pretty rude if you ask me.

Best combination of price, customer service, and knowledgeable people in the optical business. My Dr made a mistake on my Rx, and they remade my glasses at no cost even though it wasn't their mistake.

These people. Staff is disorganized, untrained and rude. I'm not sure how lonng the VISION FORMA has been in place for renewing your GA driver's license but you'd think they'd know about it. And they want to charge you to fill out a 1 or 2 question form. I've already paid for the exam.

I cannot believe that costco is making any money. Everything is so cheap, but the best part... the food court!!!! It is my favorite "restaurant" ever. I have never tastes better hot dogs nor better pizza than what costco serves. There is nothing that i dont like ever. I remember being a kid and coming to costco. Its like a taste of my childhood. 10/10 WOULD RECCOMEND!!!

My 82 year old mother was tested and purchased glasses. Wonderful experience, really like the doctor.My 21 yo daughter got tested and purchased glasses and a pair of sunglasses, she wanted larger frames for the sunglasses. She also really liked the doctor.The staff were very personable and helpful. All three pairs were available quickly for pickup and both my mother and daughter were very pleased!I would definitely recommend the eye exam and purchase of eye wear at this EyeWatch Care center! AAA+

Love this place. $1.50 foot long quarter pound 100% pure beef hot dog is always a treat after getting groceries and supplies for the month.

I came in the first time for an eye exam. The Dr. did not ask for my previous eye prescription for contacts, and in less than 2 minutes gave me a new prescription that was much lower than my current. After trying them in, I told the Dr. they were too low and were somewhat blurry but he dismissed it and said it was because of the eye drops he had given me and to make a follow up appointment. The second time I came for my follow up because the prescription was obviously too low, the Dr was very quick to give me a quarter higher on each eye, but still lower than my previous prescription. I told him I still could not read far away and he told me he did not want to give me my previous prescription numbers because “we try to keep the numbers as low as possible.” Well why would I need contacts if I won’t be able to use them to read far away??? Ridiculous, will never be coming back here again.

Horrible horrible customer service! I called and left a voicemail asking for someone to please return my call regarding my prescription. Of course, never heard from anyone. I then loaded up all 3 of my toddlers and made a trip to the optical center. I was then met with a very rude and condescending receptionist. She seemed so bothered and inconvenienced with my request to have my prescription printed out. I felt very belittled the whole time I was in her presence. I honestly feel sorry for any customer who heaven forbid makes her feel the slightest inconvenience. She must live a very miserable life to feel the need to treat people the way she does. I can’t imagine what her poor husband has to go through living with her.. That is if he is stupid enough to still stay married to her. I will go out of my way to avoid that place!

Costco hours and policies are getting a bit tiring. Retailers rise and fall, costco is getting less customer friendly trying to be overly employee friendly, but it doesn't show in service employees provide. They act as if the shoppers should feel 'honored' to be a part of a shopping club vs they should feel grateful we are going there and providing them the ability to have a good job.
