The place was packed with people...I don't get it...we stayed a very long time as it was the first time going. I have been a Sam's club member for over 40 years. Which in my opinion is not only better but you can check out by scanning your own items on your phone and pay. Then leave. It took too long here.We bought a rotisserie chicken which everyone raves over. Sams Club is better and has
Much more flavor. We only bought a one year membership but I can tell you we will NOT be renewing with Costo.

I went in to get 4 tires serviced, and one of my tires was punctured during removal. I was given three reasons why the tire failed on the phone and when I questioned those, I received a new explanation when I arrived (all of which blamed the tire). $340 dollars for a new tire to replace the one that was 1 and a half years old. Maybe it was the tire or the wheel, but why the 4 different stories? Get the story/excuse straight before you make the call to the costumer. It makes you look shady. I'm not mad, I am just disappointed. I have been a Costco customer for a long time. I know it won't make a difference to a large corporation, but you have lost my business over something ridiculous.

Store is clean and organized. Prices seem to be better than average. Last week I bought tires and found the process easy and didn’t have to wait an excessive period of time. On the few occasions when I’ve had to return an item they make it easy. So overall I am happy with Costco and plan to continue shopping here each week.
Im sure it’s difficult for any store to always have quality items but they must try to stay competitive. Recently the toilet paper is sub par. Much below average. Thin with rips or tears. I’m not the only one who has noticed this so will have to change brands

It's Costco. You know what to expect haha. It's always crowded, but the friendly staff and good deals make it well worth it. Obviously you gotta eat at the cafe too. You might have to fight for a seat, but the food is a great value.

I am a huge fan of Costco because they strike a good balance in terms of price and quality. I’m addicted to their rotisserie chicken because it is so much better than any you find and the major grocery chains. Sure the price is amazing but so is the quality … usually. This last trip to Costco was troubling because the chicken I brought home was over-cooked so much that when I took it out of the bag (another issue), it literally caved in on itself. The bones were mush. I see that with chickens from other chains but I’ve not seen it before from Costco. Hopefully, this was an anomaly and not another case where the lawyers are running the rotisserie. And, about those bags the chickens come in now. Bad idea and whoever thought it was a good idea hasn’t had to try lifting a hot chicken out of one of those bags.

I was very disappointed today at costco by how rude and disrespectful one employee and her manager were to me and my 19 months old baby. I shop at Costco all the time never have i ever had a bad experience but today i went to costco to spend thousands of dollars on all new outdoor furniture and grill for my new house but my 19 months old baby almost got ran over by one of the employees cart I quickly pick her up and apologized to the employee but instead of her just apologizing back or even checking to see if the baby is ok she shook her head and started laughing with another customer and when i called a manager hoping i will get a better treatment and at least an apology for the disrespect the store assistant manager Luis instead of listening to my side of the story he just approached us saying that the other customer told him what happened and that the employee didn’t do anything. I honestly never thought I would get such a customer service at costco and can’t believe that we got to the time that a company like costco would just hire anyone. Im honestly glad I didn’t make that purchase i would rather shop at Sam’s club from now on. I seriously can’t believe that now employees can also disrespect babies not just adults.
