The customer service is subpar. Even with an appointment, a simple tire rotation takes forever. Despite arriving 30 minutes early, the process was still slow. The staff at the front desk need to pick up the pace.

The tire store is great. The guy at the desk could not move more slowly or be less friendly.

I went in to get 4 tires serviced, and one of my tires was punctured during removal. I was given three reasons why the tire failed and when I questioned those, I received a new explanation when I arrived (all of which blamed the tire). $340 dollars for a new tire to replace the one that was 1 and a half years old. Maybe it was the tire or the wheel, but why the 4 different stories? Get the story/excuse straight before you make the call to the costumer. It makes you look shady. I'm not mad, I am just disappointed. I have been a Costco customer for a long time. I know it won't make a difference to a large corporation, but you have lost my business over something ridiculous.

It's no use making an appointment if they don't respect it, bad service, more than 1:30 hours waiting

I love this place, but this review is for the food court! I have tried everything there. It is beyond amazing the quality of the food, the price as well. This is genuinely my favorite place to eat. Thanks!

Let me start by saying I'm a huge fan of Costco. However, our visit to Costco at the Mall of Georgia yesterday was a big shock and disappointment. The products and services provided were what my wife and I have grown to expect from any and all Costco's.....we've been members and active supporters since the mid 90s, We live two hours away from our nearest Costco (Greenville South Carolina). The Costco we went to yesterday is two hours and 20 minutes away and we pass 2 Sam's Club's on the way.We arrived at approximately 12 noon yesterday, Saturday, September 9. We knew they would be busy but we didn't expect the chaos we experienced. Yes, there were lots of shoppers and yes, this particular warehouse was going through a restroom remodel (to their credit, the gentleman checking our membership at the door was informing everyone of this, and letting us know where the portable restrooms were located. This part was fine, good communications. The problem was that the management at this warehouse was having shelves restocked, and not just in one place...that would be understandable. We experienced this from the front of the warehouse to the back. In the produce department a worker had the aisle blocked with a pallet of watermelons.....the refrigerated produce room was already blocked off being restocked. This backed up shoppers (families and their carts) into several adjoining aisles. By the time we had made our produce and watermelon selections and waited to get to the fresh meat case, that same Costco employee came by us pulling his pallet jack with the empty watermelon box/crate on a pallet accidentally bumping a shopping cart into my wife. No damage was done, and the employee didn't even know he had done anything wrong.I do understand that scheduling of labor and product deliveries can be a problem in today's market, but as a long-standing Executive/business member of 27+ years. I would suggest that restocking during slow or off hours would go a long way toward "total" customer satisfaction. It's likely I will remain a loyal Costco customer , but continued occurrences like this would entice me to stop at one of the several Sam's Club's that are closer and more convenient to my location. Sam's already provides a several customer conveniences that Costco does not, such as......Early hours for business members only.......Scan and Go apps, allowing customers to bypass the long lines at the cash register.

had to get told by another & BETTER mechanic that the bald tire does not belong in the front, because you use your steering wheel (front tires) more than your rear tires. Costco put the tire in the front instead of the back. They should’ve just left my tires alone. They could’ve said something! So NEVER going back again. Argued with an employee because they DON’T know anything about doing their job ?that’s sad. Again ANOTHER mechanic had to tell me & they been working on cars for 25 YEARS so I trust my new mechanic more than Costco

I went in with my 9 year old niece while my 75 year old parents and 6 year old nephew were waiting in the car in the hot August Georgia sun outside. I had my sister's membership card and they let me in without any questions, I was only getting flowers to put on my sister's grave and that Costco location was unfortunately the closest to the cemetery. I stood in the long line for self check out and waited so long, and finally as it was my turn the worker asked to see the membership card then told me that the member herself had to be present. She was very rude, I tried to lower my voice and explain to her the situation without my niece hearing who is already emotional about her mother's passing. The employee then escalated by asking for the manager to come. At that point I asked my niece to step outside the store so she wouldn't suffer any more of that stress. The manager "Sonya" was somehow more rude than the other employee and didn't seem to care or even listen and just wanted me out pf the store. As if the $13.99 and $9.99 flowers were such a bargain that won't be found anywhere else without a member's card. As I was leaving another employee working at a random cash register for minimum wage loudly called me "a Clown" I honestly wish him the best and hope he faces the same situation I was in today. They probably didn't break any rules or regulations, but the lack of empathy in this place was astonishing to me, I'm sure Costco is not the place to look for empathy but I'm sure nothing would've happened if they just took my money and gave me the flowers. I'm sure they don't care that I will not step foot in another Costco as long as I live. I'm only sharing this because that manager "Sonya", mocked me when I said I will be sharing my experience in a review, I'm aware neither her or Costco will be affected by a review but my experience, and self respect still matters regardless. For a place that champions itself on shopping Wholesale for your family they really don't care about family or their members.

Short version of Costco not standing by their products they sale, even after admitting issue with certain tire brand.Bought 60k mile Bridgestone for the Sienna end of 2021. Didn’t last 30kmiles, no issues with vehicle, alway rotated. Tires were defective, shop supervisor admitted to me and wife that they have been having issues with this tire. I asked to get in another brand and offered to pay the difference. I was talked into getting into a 70k mile Bridgestone, they even made me pay the prorated difference on a tire that was defective. I was assured that this next set was the best for my vehicle and if they became defective I would not be prorated.this was mid 2022…70k mile Bridgestone didn’t even last 28k miles. Costco shop and store manager did not want to honor there end of the deal. They only wanted to prorate less than 50% of a defective tire. They even tried to make me the customer feel guilty that Bridgestone would not be crediting them and that Costco had to eat $390. Very poor business…I know that they won’t take a hit from my family leaving Costco, and canceling our membership. We are small fish to these big companies, I explained this and they cared less.I even told them there competitor noticed the worn tire during a rotation. They offered to work with Bridgestone directly, get us the credit we deserved, or get us the best deal they could to help us out and earn our business. I explained this to Costco managers, I gave Costco a chance to make this right. Managers say’s Bridgestone is not crediting us this was the best the store could do because they had to eat the cost. He even told me he doesn’t have a Bridgestone rep to work with???Well Costco your competitor contacted their Bridgestone rep, and both were able to make it right. The tires were defective, and Bridgestone made it right. Your competitor had no dealing in this transaction and went out of there way to help a family that was little fish to them too. And now discount tire pit pass of Gainesville has earned our business, and recommendation to everyone we know.Sincerely,A cancelled member!

Dealt with another racial profiling employee/supervisor named Randy at the Costco Buford location today. 2nd encounter with him, issues both times. First time he tried to accuse us of theft, 2nd time he gave me a hard time on using my membership when clearly my name and address matched. I've been going there for 22 years and it's just been recently I've have to deal with this type of situation. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this matter, holding all individuals involved accountable for their discriminatory actions. Additionally, I urge you to prioritize diversity and inclusion training for your employees to foster an environment of respect, equality, and cultural sensitivity. Emphasizing these values will ensure that your company is a safe and welcoming space for customers of all racial backgrounds.Furthermore, I would appreciate a formal apology for the distress and humiliation caused by this incident. It is my sincere hope that you will take this matter seriously and demonstrate your commitment to eradicating racial profiling within your organization. Please be assured that I am willing to cooperate fully in any investigation and resolution process. I believe that by addressing this issue promptly and transparently, your company can begin to rebuild trust with customers like myself.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I anticipate a swift and satisfactory resolution to this incident. I look forward to hearing from you within 48 hours.

I bought a set a four tires from Costco I used approximately 50% of the tire I had 50% left. Tell me why those crooks and thieves. Want to charge me for the new tire at a higher rate without my coupon which when I bought my new tire had a coupon my forget 150 off they do not honor your coupon so by the time everything settled die I pay $204 for my tire guess what they want to charge me $204 after they said they gave me a $77 discount for my original tire. The math doesn't work this is on operated by goddamn thieves and crooks.

Used to be the best place in town to get tires. Lately they have become more like other shops. They were rude to my wife, made demonstrably untrue statements and did not honor our tire warranties. Last time in the shop my rims came back damaged but I can't prove they did it. Be more careful when using them now.
