If every business would use the customer service model of this company the world would be a better place. When I think of this company I use the 3 "P's" in this order... People, they are the kindest service people in retail, Product, constantly introducing new items at a, Price, the average person can afford. Obviously management got the memo, as a customer we have the power too shop any where. I had a SAMS card for several years, nothing wrong with SAMS, in my opinion they just are not COSTCO. I have had A COSTCO CARD for 5 years now, 2 years ago we upgraded to the next level card and as the manager promised it would pay for the membership and it has. Reason for the post is in the last year we have had 2 very interesting things we have watched develop. We shop 2 stores, Lawrenceville & Duluth (we call the mall store) 3-4 times a month. Lawrenceville last year in front of us was the RUDEST SHOPPER, she said it was her husbands card, and her credit card did not work, and it was in her opinion the stores fault. Honestly, this was one of those "YOU SHOULD BOW TO ME WAIT ON MY EVERY NEED" shopper was a JERK. The lady (I DO MEAN LADY) working the register and the man helping her were ROCK STARS. They slayed the DRAGON with service and kindness. They were so polite and did everything but pay for her purchase, and she stormed off. When I got up to the register after a long wait, I chose to wait to see what the DRAGON was up to. I looked at the LADY and stated HOW DARE YOU GIVE THAT PERSON SUCH GREAT SERVICE and we all laughed. DULUTH a very SENIOR CLASSY LADY was having issues with her credit card and she had (aprox $120.00 in grocery items) and only $65.00 in cash. I thought that she was going to cry, she kept apologizing. The Gentleman assisting and the cashier told her THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM, they apologized too those of us in line and turned their attention back to the Elderly Lady.. They asked what she was fixing for dinner, and rang that up, what's for tomorrow, they pulled that out and rang it up. They asked if there was anything else she would need for the next few days, and rang those items up. The register dude said that will give you a few days too get your credit card fixed. She offered to put the other items back and the assistant said "I GOT YOU, MY PLEASURE...SHE LEFT WITH HER DIGNITY IN TACT. I know I am a few years from being that lady. THIS goes way beyond customer service. This was KINDNESS and that is why I listed PEOPLE 1st. Great job, BETTER PEOPLE

We've been using this Costco pharmacy for over 9 nines. Folks are wonderful and helpful, we could not be any more pleased with their service.

Most rude pharmacist and cashier tech I ever encountered. Also needed flu shot for me and my husband but forget that. We are going to get it somewhere else.

Asked for help at the self checkout. Was told I was blocking off a closed lane then the fat cash register called me violent when all I did was say "that lane is closed but ok I'll move my cart." Really weird experience.

The pharmacist oversteps her boundaries all too frequently. She’s too in your business, so much that she will question your Dr and prescriptions he/she may write. She even recently had the audacity to say my Neurologist shouldn’t be writing scripts for Adderall.., you have got to be kidding me. All because he changed my dosage and she didn’t agree with it. There are a handful of doctors who can write this, that’s a family dr, therapist, and a neurologist. The pharmacist at this location needs to stay in her lane. She even demanded I buy Narcan because she didn’t like the combination of meds my previous dr prescribed and refused to fill unless I did so. If you are prescribed controlled meds, be advised. She will make your life hell….she pretends to care, but will make you suffer trying to get the meds filled for relief.

over the years, me and my wife have become addicted to going to Costco sometimes just to walk through and see the possible deals in other times for the warranty and their no hassle return. this is a membership we will have forever

Costco hours and policies are getting a bit tiring. Retailers rise and fall, costco is getting less customer friendly trying to be overly employee friendly, but it doesn't show in service employees provide. They act as if the shoppers should feel 'honored' to be a part of a shopping club vs they should feel grateful we are going there and providing them the ability to have a good job.

Casey E. Racist against Asian. This guy did no eye contact.This guy start throwing my things very aggressively slamming against the end of the table. FaceTime in red like tomato this guy didn't want to look at me or talk to me. After I got my change I said thank you . He looked at me halfway and looked away. You guys treat me like I didn't speak English. I was born here in the United States. Fourth generation Korean........This guy was so rude. Where do you find this guy at Home Depot parking lot.Racist giant .The next customer was Caucasian. He said to them I how are you. I started laughing and joking with each other. I thought this guy was mute and blind.He looks like a security at Disney world... Mickey Mouse security...How degrading1950sCasey E. ..... not classyHis face expression looks like he pooped in his pants...I'm eating here and I see he only does it to Asians....We look like less human to this guy.Back to Duluth store....This always happens here...I see lotta Asians here.... Little boy..... if you don't like your job you should try McDonald's.... You could be the clown there....

I love Costco. So many choices, so much goodies. I wanna buy everything. Although I wish they sold furniture too. We really needed that. The food court is amazing . Pizza is delicious, and lots of other food choices.
