"Verde" is so sweet! I don't know her name, but she has green hair (for now) When you call they help pull the color you need which is so helpful! The 1N is not always in stock but I usually buy ahead of appointments

If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

Great place for professional cosmotogists to buy their supplies. They don't service the general public so you must have a licence to shop here. The staff is great, friendly and very helful. The store is well organized and stocked with all the needs of a professional.

CHANEL and the other employee with the curly gorgeous hair and glasses(so sorry I don’t know or asked your name) you guys were amazing!!! I needed help to get my supplies quick for a ash blonde client I was about to have and they killed it! Took only 10min These ladies were informative and definitely made my experience great here for a quick stop. I’ll be back!

Always a wonderful experience every visit! I’ve been coming to this store for the last few years and every staff member I’ve encountered is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store manager, Kelly, is amazing! She has helped me in so many ways that no other person probably would. Being pregnant is not easy but she has definitely been making my shopping trips much more pleasant.
