Went to Complete Care Pharmacy late today Sept 2 for a last minute prescription. Pharmacist Ken was really helpful and kind, stayed late to fill my prescription for my sick pet. Also helpfully showed me several items in the store I needed. Was a GREAT experience here. Thank you Ken and complete care!

Dr. Ken, the pharmacist at this compounding pharmacy, is very helpful and provides excellent products!I highly recommend this pharmacy. The pricing is fair, and the service can't be beat.

My son needed a special compounded medication for his high blood pressure upon coming home from the NICU. My son has government insurance and we were assured by them that this medication is free for him as long as the pharmacy runs the insurance. So we call the pharmacy and tell them we need his medication within 48 hours because we had just brought my son home and the hospital only gave us 3 doses. I give them his insurance information and Ken, the pharmacist tells me that it costs over 90$ with insurance. I ask him to run it again because I knew it wasn't right. Long story short, he tells me he wants to help and only charges us 20$. We are desperate to get the medicine so we agree to that amount. A week later I get a call from my son's insurance company and I ask them why it wasn't covered... it was. They tell me I shouldn't have been charged at all and that they were going to investigate. They do because 30 minutes after that phone call, I get a call from Ken who tells me he's trying to "do us a favor" and that he's "taking a big loss" by giving our son his medicine for only 20$ when insurance has said they're paying for it in whole. he proceeds to verbally harass me and tell me "If you need the 20$ so badly I will just give it back and give you his next dose free. Does that clear this up? Why would you report me?" Anyways, this story ends with us filing a formal complaint with my sons insurance company and finding a new compounding pharmacy. Ken was trying to pocket money profited from my Ill infant son and trying to take advantage of me and my husband, who are young parents.

Wonderful Compound Pharmacy located near The Mall of Ga. in Buford. GaReceived J&J Booster when ALL other National Chain Pharmacies told me they wwre out.Highly recommend /Dr. Ken (front & center) was wonderful

Ken is such a wonderful pharmacist. He is so knowledgeable and such a friendly guy. Always meets you with a smile and will help you with anything you ask. He is very customer oriented. I have had my share of medical problems ever since I was a teenager so I have been to many pharmacies. Ken is definitely one of the top.

Amazed with Cleanroom, Compounding area and knowledge All Around. Have had issues with others locally on Quality, questioned Ability and Product Integrity. Great Customer Service, Organized and Timely. Amazing when medications are stored and compounded properly how much more effective they are and less app to being compromised. Very Happy to Find!!!

Ken the pharmacist truly cares about his customers. They got my compound prescription in less than 24 hours and went out of their way to help me. I could not have asked for a better pharmacy in this time of need. Thank you Ken and the Complete Care Pharmacy family!
