My partner and I walked in to either repair or replace a briefcase of his that had a broken zipper. We had to wait for one associate to finish a conversation with her friend while the other associate glanced at us and walked to the back. The older associate we always seem to see when we go there was extremely condescending when asked about repair services, to the point we didn’t even want to consider purchasing from this location. We’ve never had a bad experience at any other Coach, it just seems to be these two women.

This store has really gone down in terms of service. There use to be a guy that ran this store and he was really nice as were the associates. Now there is a lady running the store which fine but she is really rude and does not provide an experience one would hope to receive in an luxury environment. I shop at both retail and outlet Coach stores and she made me feel really inferior for purchasing anything that was outlet. She was really rude, had a condescending attitude and gossiped with other associates. Her service level is that of a McDonald's. Also, under old management I use to purchase bags with no pressure to Monogram them - now under new management they always pressure you to monogram (so that the product would be final sale). They judge you and stereotype you. It's really sad what this place has become. I wouldn't recommend this location at all. Order online and save yourself the trouble. The 1 star is for cleanliness otherwise this place would get 0 stars smh. Fire the store manager and recruit better people.

Felicia should be fired. Every year I bring my bags to be cleaned. On this particular occasion, without being greeted, I was turned away. I was told that I purchased my bags from an outlet and they didn’t do cleaning service for them. Did not ask for my name, purchase record of information. Funny enough both bags were purchased at this particular location. Service has really been at a decline at this particular location. Don’t purchase here, just shop online.

Went in with the intentions of purchasing two bags I have had my eye on but I should’ve just ordered online. Like another person said I didn’t have my rich people outfit on so they completely ignored me and my husband. Not once did anyone ask if we needed help or anything. The store was basically empty and there were multiple associates. What really made me leave was that as soon as a non colored man walked in all the associated ran to him to ask what he need. I’ve worked retail and we were always told to treat every race,gender,etc with respect !

I hate to give this store a one star because I had always have wonderful experiences with them. If I didn’t purchase bags online this would be the store I go to. However, today I came in asking how much would it cost me to fix my tag or even purchase a new one. The sale associate that I spoke too just kept saying no we don’t do that or that’s not something we do and each tag is made specifically for each bag. Like are you kidding me? My husband just bought the Rogue top handle In colorblock for me back in May. That’s is roughly 6 months ago and there is nothing the sale associate can do. Like I am not even asking for a free replacement. I am willing to paid for another tag but she rudely interrupted me so before I lose my cool I walked out. I forgot the manager name that work there but I felt like if he was there I wouldn’t feel like I wasn’t being heard. Seriously all I needed was for her to tell me one there is nothing they can do or can’t do and two hey why don’t you take a look at these other tags we offer. Instead just looked me up and down telling me no repeatedly like I didn’t understood her the first time. Highly frustrated with my experience today.

I came here a few weeks ago, met Maricio, he became my SA, we ordered a bag online in store, I needed it gift wrapped. It arrived today so i thought let me pop in to see if he is there, and just take a look around, i was immediately greets by a rude white man, definitely 50+ looking. I asked about gifting my bag wrapped and idk if it's because im a black woman but he immediately says "if it's from the outlets we can't" Now as understandable as that is, why lead with such a comment? Little did he know I'm at 25+ legacy member, with stock in the coach brand. I will be escalating these concerns but I absolutely do not recommend this location. Take your money else where! And you know I'm pissed because I just walked out 5 minutes ago....

I’m very disappointed with a coach handbag I bought from here a few years ago. I have multiple coach handbags and very happy with them all except this particular one. Recently I took this bag on a holiday and realised the inner lining was peeling and also the handle broke. I moved to another country now, don’t know how to reach out to coach and raise a complaint. Was this a genuine coach bag? I’m not even sure as I don’t expect this kind of quality from coach.

Terry was a WONDERFUL saleswoman! From when i walked into the store she assisted me with the best customer service possible! Helped me find the perfect bag & showed me all the different styles & ways the bag was worn. Also pitched me on the cleaning products. But best part of all was that she was genuinely helping me find the perfect bag & her customer service was astounding! Thanks Terry girl.

I went to this store on 6/25 for my birthday with my husband and kids in tow. The sale associate, Mauricio, was amazing. He was unbelievably kind and very helpful. It was honestly one of the best shopping experiences I havent had in a while. I haven't been inside a coach store in a long time and I was very pleased with the service. He helped me pick out 2 bags and a book bag. I know for a fact, that when I go back, I want him to help me out again because he was genuinely kind and patient with us.
