One of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. Kept consistent timeline, stuck to budget, high attention to detail, and constantly gave us updates on any changes. Had a loft area built out, wood floors installed and finished along with existing ones, new stair railing installed, new carpet, and a bathroom updated. All came out way better than expected. Looks and feels like a brand-new house. Would highly recommend.

Adison and the Cavinbuilt team were all terrific. We had a very complicated bathroom renovation - completely demolishing one bathroom and flipping the sides to create a new room with a huge steam shower, heated floor, toilet with bidet, etc. and it turned out beautifully! We LOVE our new bathroom!Adison was always so responsive and his team always arrived on time and worked diligently. They were meticulous and returned several times to make sure their work was completed to THEIR high standards. It was honestly a great experience and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!Services: Tile work installation

Cavin Built finished our basement for my mom to live in. They made the process so simple. We had originally hired a different company who kept raising their price and made the process very difficult. Cavin Built was a breath of fresh air. They were motivated and answered all of our questions. As every project has some mishaps this company did everything possible to fix it and move forward. Her new home is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Jeff, Elias, and Addison.

We used Cavin Built to remodel our kitchen and primary bathroom and to build a portico outside our front door. Jeff Cavin gave us some amazing ideas for what we could do with the small space that we had. Mike Z. was our project manager and he was communicative, responsive, reliable, and ridiculously on time! All of his crew was careful to keep things clean and picked up while they worked. Mike worked hard to problem solve and find solutions for everything we wanted to get done. Cavin did not work in a timely manner or efficient manner. He allowed my home to sit on temp 2x4s for months, left an open sewer line for weeks and when I complained, he walked away with $14000.DO NOT HIRE

We used CavinBuilt to finish half of our basement and replace flooring on a separate floor. Overall, everything was exactly what we were looking for, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Cavinbuilt finished our basement and we could not be happier! They came back with a very reasonable quote faster than any of the other contractors who quoted the job. With any remodeling or construction there will be disruption to your life. Cavinbulit laid out a plan so we knew exactly what was going to happen and when, which helped us plan and mitigate any issues from the disruption. Our project manager also communicated with us all of the time which eased any concerns we might have had. He listened to us and and made any changes we asked for very quickly. Our project started when they said it would, was completed on time and exactly on budget. We could not be happier with the new space and LOVED working with Cavinbuilt. Before our project was done we asked for a quote on another project. Going forward, this will be the team we go to first for any major home services.Services: Tile work installation

You wrote a review for CAVINbuiltA moment ago5/2/2022When we started our primary bathroom renovation with CavinBuilt, we were so happy with the process that we threw in our kitchen reno at the same time. From the start, our PM gave us time and attention, answered all of our questions, worked with us to add to the project and was completely responsive and reliable throughout the process. Even after our final payment, he thought of one more helpful item to optimize our kitchen faucet. The team and vendors who worked on our bathroom and kitchen were skilled and considerate. We were never pressured or rushed. As with any project, we had a few hiccups, but anything that wasn't right initially was quickly made right without hassle. I'm grateful that we found this company. The experience and the end results are better than I could have imagined. I recommend CavinBuilt without reservation.

Jeff and his team did a great job on converting our basement into a full in-law apartment. There were a few small problems and Jeff and his team worked really quickly to resolve everything. They were very flexible and allowed us to complete some of the smaller tasks in order to save some money. We also had a small issue about a year later and Jeff sent someone out to work on the problem.

Update: Thank you CavinBuilt for following up on my review and calling the number I provided. I am sorry about difficult life situations. I am updating my review since it was based on communication.I am sharing this review not of the quality of their work but the quality of their customer service and responsiveness. After I saw the reviews, I reached out to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel, they responded days later asking for my location and to confirm that it was a "total bathroom remodel" because they don't other [smaller] jobs at the moment. I confirmed and sent my address but zero response. I am writing this review so people know what they are signing up for and for the company to do something about their customer service.

I would highly recommend Cavinbuilt. I used them in the summer of 2021 to completely redo my kitchen. I was assigned Adison as a project manager and he did an amazing job. He always kept me up to date on the project and made sure to answer all of my questions. There were a few minor hiccups but Adison always took care of them and made sure the project kept moving forward. I would work with Cavinbuilt again for any of my remodeling needs.Service: Remodeling

I am so impressed and extremely happy with the work that Cavinbuilt did to renovate my master bathroom (and parts of the bedroom and closets too). I approached this project wanting to do an unusual, contemporary and glam master bath. I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Other companies I interviewed were either stuck in the usual run-of-the-mill ideas, or flat out did not even want to try. But Cavinbuilt tackled this project with enthusiasm and never said no to some of the more challenging designs. Their people are top notch, always checking with you along the way to see if things are coming out the way I wanted. Positive attitudes prevailed always, and what I can only describe as a “can-do” philosophy.This was a full-on total renovation that required, tearing out a lot of old original construction that was literally falling apart in places. This required framing and carpentry, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, extensive tile work, countertops and paint. The final result is nothing short of amazing.A special shout-out to Adison, my Project Manager, who kept every detail logged, who listened to me at every step, who kept the guys scheduled, and who really stayed on top of the whole project.
