The guy there was very nice. And I was able to put it on hold. He even helped me mark my pants so they could be hemmed. Definitely recommend this place for Quince shopping, along with any other fancy occasion.

Save yourself some time and stress, you even have to buy a shirt if you want to try it on, service is very rude and poor cooperate, he was also pushing, person in there even said he spend alot of time with us and he has more business to attend and We were the only ones at the store, so we decided to take our business some where else, and good choice cause we end up saving money.

This is a great place to buy a brand new suit. The prices are very good especially on black Friday deals and ask the store manager for deals. I bought a 3 piece suit with 2 ties and the store manager gave me 2 dress button-up shirts for FREE. I went back a few weeks later and he offered me 40% off one pair of shoes. I love this place.

This place made my life a living nightmare. I’m getting married in a couple months and needed suits for my groomsmen. From the beginning, a lot of promises were made by Gary and he positioned himself as if he was trying to help us. The suits did not arrive when promised and he took no responsibility and refused to give us a new delivery date. Once we got the suits, 2 of the suits were the wrong size and Gary refused to do an exchange or even offer a store credit for those suits. After we spent almost $3,000 here, we learned there is no refund, exchange or store credit policy. This would have been important to know before the purchase. The worst part about this is definitely Gary’s aggressive and vulgar attitude. Any questions about his sales process or issues with the order were met with instant resistance. After asking to speak to the owner, Gary told me the store owner would not talk to me. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at a store. Please, save yourself the trouble and don’t come here. You will regret it.

Do not come to this place if your getting multiple suites for a wedding..they lost suites and do not keep track of what was on your receipt..they are horrible!

This store has a no refund policy, which isn’t very prevalent in the store. Even after explaining my extremely reasonable situation to the store workers, one of the workers finally resorted to lying to me by saying “our cash register system won’t even allow us to process a refund.” (The store uses a smart cash register system with a touch screen - it WILL allow refunds.) This store operates with a poverty mentality. People/service is last in importance. Making a profit is foremost. If the store owners made serving people its priority, money would come in abundance. Instead, the store operates as if the owners are afraid that they won’t make a profit. If you value being treated well with great service, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
