Stay away this place ,don’t pick up load to this place If your load is running late they will reschedule you for the next week. Only brokers can confirm appointment. Receiving do not answer phone and voicemail is full. If I knew would have cancel my load at the shipper.

Nice people, you can arrive the night before and sleep overnight if there's a spot at the gate. They're strict about appointment times, so be at the office 5 minutes beforehand. Once you get a dock assignment, park your trailer, detach your sleeper, and park your bobtail out front. They will come get you when they're done. They work a little slowly, but they get it done. I had a 3:30 am appointment got there 2:45 ckd in at 3am got a door right away. Had a full load took a couple hrs to unload. Had to detach truck from trailer. All good👌

Yard dog made the delivery here awesome. I don’t know his name, but he’s matured in age and charismatic. He was a great help to get me in a door and unloaded fast. If you’ve never been here before you wouldn’t know what to do because there isn’t anyone to direct you. Pull in a little past half the length of the building (maybe 4th set of steps) and checkin. They’ll come out and get your bills when they’re ready to start unloading you. At that time you’ll drop trailer and wait on opposite side of lot.

No overnight parking tight dock God forbid you miss your appointment by 30 minutes or an hour. They don’t care they will reschedule you for the following week. Might not matter if you’re a big company but if you’re a small fleet company owner or owner operator, it hurts a lot. Specially if it’s in the middle of the week.

Very slow .especially refree load drivers don’t wast your time .i checked in 8:00 am,they told me to park the doc between 23-31 they i parked ride away.but they start unloading 12:00pm .4 hours eating time .avoid this warehouse .even the girl at the paper work office she don’t know what she say.no respectfully on driver .she told me they are at the lunch time but my appointment was 8:00.hopefully soon drivers will gone get some respects .

They keep changing the rules to this place, dock workers will talk with drivers and have a different game plan than the office. It’s a mess in here. One week you stay connected, one week the dock says hide in the sleeper while they offload, one week they make you come in the office, this place is a freaking mess!!!!!

Decent place to get unloaded, try to come near appointment time or you may have to wait. Cool people, doesn’t take long to get a dock door.

Technically or maybe had met the nicer ones, guess I'll give it a 5* even though I had to go back out the gate & wait until my appointment time(700) since they probably couldn't take me in sooner, @ least he told me to park where they can see me exactly where I parked the night before the appointment & no one came & knock on the door; maybe that sign stating no overnight parking meant not behind the gate where the docks are but maybe they don't mess with us any day of the week if we are parked outside the gate after hours especially & got an appointment the next day?
