I set up personal training sessions for my parents with Henderson and they absolutely love going to Buford Family Fitness.Henderson is a terrific guy, very knowledgeable trainer. I'm happy that he is helping taking care of my parents health.

They have every machine I need and many more I never got around to trying yet. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and even gave me a good recipe idea. The atmosphere was what I was looking for. Serious, yet mellow. Lost 3% body fat in one month. More fun than most gyms.

Found this gum to be a bit crowded, the equipment is very close together. I did not have enough space for a workout station routine. Also no kettlebells. However they probably have every machine made...just too much.

I really like this gym! When they switched out the old mats for new ones they gave me one of the old ones. It’s always very clean & Ive never had any problems at the front desk. :)

Due to personal reasons, I had to cancel my membership in March. However, this month I noticed that this gym continued to draw out the monthly fees for April and May. I went over and tried to figure out what had happened. Turns out, one of the employees just paused my membership for only March and the membership had been reactivated. They refused to give me a refund for those two months I did not attend. I do not understand why I have to pay the consequences for the mistake made by an employee of this gym. Extremely disappointed.
