Used the touchless carwash. Chose the $6 wash and was charged $10. How do you get the refund for overcharge??? This is not ok.

This is a great self service car wash. It's pretty inexpensive, and you're able to get the job done. The wash is coin operated (quarters only), which is a bit of a drawback for the unprepared and uninitiated. There is a coin machine in the front of the building that will change out denominations of $1, $5, $10. For $2 you have 3 minutes and 52 seconds to use the different pre-wash, wash, rinse, post- wash options. There are places to hang mats for washing as well. It would be perfect if you had the ability to use a card or tap pay in this increasingly cashless society.

If I could give more stars, I would. This is the best car wash (self service) I have ever been to. All the soap works (a rarity with others) and the pressure washer is actually strong. The owner is there daily and keeps it very clean and orderly. I feel like you get a good amount of time for the price as well. I have never used the drive through before but I love the self service! Keep up the good work and great pricing.

The touchless drive thru wash just stopped halfway through the wash with no warning(the sprayer arm was not anywhere near my vehicle so it didn’t get stuck). Since I had no change and only credit, I’m now stuck with with a car half covered in soap for the remainder of the work day. If you’re the owner, I’d appreciate it if you’d reach out. For everyone else, I’d be wary about using the touch less.
