Great gym but feels crowded since it’s in a heavily populated area. The day care staff are what convinced us to join, our babies loved going there.

a great gym and a great staff!! new equipment is so great, and i love the selection of drinks and snacks they have in the lobby. very clean and functional, with lots of space for individual workouts. overall, a fantastic gym!!

Greg is the manager at Hamilton Mill and one of my favorite people that i’ve had the pleasure of speaking to! He’s such a charismatic and wonderful person that makes Bodyplex in Hamilton Mill a great place to be!
